Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

The declaration by Daphne brought a silence in the corridor and students started to return to their senses and thought about the consequences of going against Daphne Greengrass.

Malfoy sneered, "You have started to talk Daphne. Never thought that your tongue holds so much words."

He raised his face a little higher and continued, "The days of you and your family are numbered Greengrass."

He continued haughtily, "Once I become Lord Black, your father will have to submit to me in the way I want Greengrass."

With his statement Draco gazed lecherously at Daphne.

What Draco meant by, submitting, the meaning was not lost on either Tracey, Daphne or Harry.

Though most of the students did not clearly understand what Draco meant by submission and all, they gained a small bit of courage on the mention of Black Lordship.

The significance of the statement was lost mostly on muggle raised students from Gryffindor, but for Slytherins, which was a nest of pure blood politics, the meaning was as clear as daylight to them.

Harry chuckled, "You are sure an interesting character, Malfoy. To parade around what you have no chance of gaining is definitely not something everyone could do. But even so if you become Lord Black, anyhow, I can say for sure that all their wealth and influence would go down drain under your incompetent leadership."

Harry moved his eyes from Draco and focus on the entire crowd, "One thing that I must remind you all. Draco may become Lord Black or not; but I am sure to become Lord Potter. And Greengrass have been in an alliance for a very very long time. Remember this fact well."

Harry raised his voice a little, "Now fuck off."

With this Harry, followed by Daphne and Tracey strode past the crowd and none dared to interrupt them.

The trio walked in silence for few moments, until Daphne spoke, "Are you going to revive the alliance, Harry?"

Harry's speed slowed down a bit and then he completely stopped and turned around to face Daphne, "Let me be very honest with you Daphne."

He sighed, "I am not sure at this moment. For now, I don't really trust you. I have a lot of answers to find before I can make a decision."

Daphne wanted to speak but Harry cut her off, "You Don't have to worry. You will have your full chance to explain your view point."

Daphne nodded at this and did not speak anything.

Harry continued to walk ahead, with Daphne and Tracey following behind till they reached at a turn.

Harry said, "We will talk later. I have something to do. Organise your thoughts till then."

He continued, "If any of your dorm mates try to make things difficult for you, then don't hesitate to ask for help from me."

Daphne nodded and questioned, "Potter, if you don't mind, can I also ask Susan to join in our conversation as well."

Harry did not answer immediately and seeing this Daphne began to explain, "She is Lord apparent of Most Ancient and Most Noble house of Bones and also part of our alliance. When she learns that you are aware of all this, then she will also want to make things clear from her perspective. So, if you agree then I can ask her to join us?"

Harry did not answer but questioned back, "Then why only Susan Bones? Why not Neville Longbottom? After all he is also a part of our alliance."

Daphne hesitated but replied in the end, "Longbottom's case is a bit unique and different from us."

She continued with hesitation clear in her voice, "Trust me in this. Me and Susan will explain Longbottom's case to you. After that you can decide whether to approach Longbottom or not."

Though Harry was unsure about what Daphne and Susan would explain, he nodded in agreement, "Very well then. Decide a time and place and inform me."

Daphne nodded, "Ok."

With another nod, Harry walked away leaving the duo of the Slytherin Girls.

To any other onlooker, it would appear like if Harry was wandering aimlessly.

For the next few minutes, Harry continued to walk and found a place without any presence and with a pop, disappeared from there.

September 1994

Chamber of Secrets; Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Harry arrived in the chamber of secrets. While apparition was not allowed in Hogwarts expect for Hogwarts headmaster, this was a perk Harry enjoyed as Lord Gryffindor and Lord Slytherin.

He could apparate as he wished in Hogwarts. Even so, he could directly apparate in Chamber of secrets only because he was Lord Slytherin.

Harry gazed forward and found the massive basilisk lying in the corridor of the chamber.

Though he prided in the fact that he had slew this majestic beast alone (except Fawkes destroying the snake's eyes) and that too without any magic, he felt a small amount of guilt for killing Salazar's 'little snake.'

Harry muttered, "Dobby."

With a pop, the elf arrived in front of Harry. Compared to previous times, Dobby was a lot different.

He was not in his rags and wore a black suit with white shirt. Four different small emblems of the families, Harry was Lord of, were perfectly sewen on the suit's packet.

Also, like his previous self he was not bouncing with excitement and was now behaving in much dignified way.

Dobby's eyes widened on witnessing the massive caricature of the snake.

"Harry sir, killed this snake?" asked Dobby in bewilderment.

Harry nodded and though he acted calm but his chest puffed a bit and head raised high automatically in pride.

On getting Harry's affirmative answer, Dobby's eyes lit up in praise and excitement.

"The great Harry Potter is the greatest wizard. No wonder, no wonder he was able to kill the bad wizard even as a baby," praised Dobby.

Harry then called his other three Potter family elf Timsy, Toffi and Tarri.

These three elf behaved same as Dobby and could not stop from praising Harry as the greatest ever wizard.

Harry could only smile in response.
