Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Hermione walked behind Harry in silence. After few moments of silent walk, the wizard and witch duo arrived near an empty classroom.
Harry pushed the door slightly which creaked open.
He walked inside and leaned on one of the benches. Hermione quickly followed him and continued to stare at Harry with an inquisitive gaze.
"What?" Asked Harry.
"Why did you that?" Questioned Hermione.
Harry began, "Didn't I already told?"
She countered, "But even so, Harry, you should have not done something to that extent. Don't you think that you should have called for the professors?"
Harry frowned at hearing this, "And what would have they done Hermione? Taken away house points? Give detention with Snape?"
Harry interrupted what Hermione was to speak, "Or maybe they would have blamed Luna for it? If not others, Snape, would have surely done this. After all the perpetrators were Slytherins."
Hermione's voice turned low, "But what you did was wrong, Harry. You should not have done that."
Harry got a little bit of angry hearing this. Though he knew that her intentions regarding him were good and understood her obsession with authority figures; he still a bit of anger.
He replied calmly, "Hermione, I did nothing wrong. This is the reason Head DMLE did not took me into custody. Neither I believe that I am morally wrong. I did what I considered best."
Hermione nodded her head reluctantly and changed the topic, "And why send professor Snape to prison?"
Harry sighed in irritation, "You saw what he did Hermione. You heard what charges I levelled against him."
She questioned again, "And what is that blood feud that you talked about? And why were you surrounded by a golden glow after you said something?"
Harry smiled, "I will tell you all of this."
Hermione's face beamed in joy on hearing this, but next moment her smile faltered when Harry said, "But not today."
"I am very tired, so good night," added Harry.
Hermione raised an eyebrow, "You are not coming back to the Gryffindor house?"
Harry shook his head, "I don't think I will be able to bear all the nonsense there. My patience is already running thin regarding those idiots."
She asked back, "Where you will stay then?"
"You will know soon, Hermione," replied Harry.
"Off you go," added Harry.
Reluctantly, Hermione walked away from the classroom and into the corridor.
After the witch faded from the vision, Harry with a pop disapparated from the classroom.
September 1994
Chamber of Secrets, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Harry appeared in the chamber and was greeted with the sight of 5 house elves working relentlessly on the carcass of the Basilisk.
Harry's sudden appearance startled the 5 elves who squealed in surprise.
Harry chuckled, "Don't work continuously. Take rest at regular interval."
All the 5 elves nodded while Winky, stepped forward. Harry could see the increased fascination in Winky's eye. He knew it was because she would have learned about his deed of slaying the Basilisk.
She said, "Harry sir, I bes cleaned the room."
Harry nodded and walked inside the room. The room was cleaned and was in pristine condition.
Harry took a deep breath and walked inside the bathroom to take a bath.
It was the most peaceful night for Harry, since he had returned back to Hogwarts.
September 1994
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
The next morning, Harry was leaving the great hall after having his breakfast, when he was stopped by Minerva McGonagall.
She greeted, "Good morning, Mr. Potter."
Harry replied back, "Good morning, professor."
She added, "Come with me, Mr. Potter."
Harry nodded and walked behind the transfiguration mistress.
Both of them soon reached Minerva's office. She walked inside and took her seat.
She began, "Madam Bones had earlier contacted me, Mr. Potter."
"She asked me inform you that, for now Mr. Snape is in her custody but Dumbledore would be trying to get him released today. And most probably he will be successful. She asked me whether you would want the attend the proceedings?"
She added, "Though she has clearly mentioned not to have high hopes."
All this while Minerva had a calm look on her face. Harry observed her quietly and wanted to know her reaction about all what had happened yesterday. Outwardly, she had no other reaction.
He said, "I will attend the proceedings."
Minerva nodded in acknowledgement, "Very well, Mr. Potter. We will depart in an hour. Meet me here in the office in an hour."
Harry nodded and walked away from the office.
Seeing as he had nothing to do in the upcoming hour he walked towards the library.
During his walk towards the library, most the students Harry encountered gave a strange glance towards him.
Harry ignored all the gazes and reached the library. He walked inside the library and took his seat when he was greeted by the latest edition of The Prophet.
A big photo of Harry standing in front of four hanging students was printed on the front page.
It was an imprint extracted from someone's memory.
The headline read:
'The saviour of the Wizarding World turns into a new Dark Lord? What have happened a night before at Hogwarts.'

Harry proceeded to read the article in detail.
In an unbelievable turn if events, 4 sixth year students belonging to Slytherin house of Hogwarts were brutally tortured by the hero of the Wizarding world by Harry Potter. The witness of the event claimed that Harry Potter himself admitted about his deed in front of the DMLE head, Amelia Bones and three aurors. From his own words of Harry Potter, he did that brutality because the 4 students were in the process of assaulting Miss. Luna Lovegood a third year Ravenclaw at Hogwarts.
But even so the DMLE was unable to arrest Harry Potter as he invoked the old laws of blood feud and declared a blood feud on the four students.
