Legend says that Zarqa had sharp eyes that could look far away in the distance. But what if that wasn’t the end of it, what if her eyes were seeing far beyond not only space, but time? What if Zarqa was blessed with a prophecy, one that could save her dying village from destruction? 

Just as they thought they had no way to survive, Zarqa learns of a way to protect her village from demolition. Naturally, no one believed her, for no one but the Almighty could see beyond the present. 

They forgot the Almighty offers knowledge to those whom he deems of worth. And Zarqa was one of them. Having to trudge an arduous path and go through a great adventure, Zarqa seeks to find the solution to all of their problems, a treasure said to have the power to change all. 

Pitted against magical traps and the mysteries of the deserts, she finds unexpected company in Ali Baba, the poor kid with the sticky fingers, and his crow Morjana...

ZARQA

" Well, maybe the library is truly haunted." Sindbad's comment startled them.

Zarqa shook her head and stood up from her seat, casually walking up to the source of the noise. Ali Baba and the rest followed her, the former out of curiosity, the latter two out of a sense of responsibility to protect her if the situation arose.

In a secluded corner of the large room, a man was climbing up from the ground while using a table for support. The oil lamp on it was dim enough not to be noticed and to allow reading at the same time.

" Are you alright?" The man looked up as Zarqa approached him then swayed his head from one side to the other as if trying to remember what he was doing there, making the paper that had stuck to his right jaw fall from the sudden movement.

" Apparently, you slept in here last night, Jafar," Zarqa informed him calmly as he pulled himself together.
