The Neko

You have pleaded to heal the people you love. Every person wants to heal the ones who are close to death. No individual has accomplished this feat but you want the powers to do so. I shall help you.

I felt my body being showered with knowledge of healing. I struggled with having this information from overloading me. Even though I wanted to faint right now, I ran towards my mom to revive her.
I placed both of my hands over her head and heart.
I started to chant one of the spells that appeared in my head.
Heed my call spirits
I beg of thee
Heal the person in my grasp
HEAL
A flash of light covered my mother. I felt something inside me was disappearing. After each second passed by, I felt my body was draining a great quantity. After two minutes passed I started to see the light die down.
I looked towards the Heart monitor. I was relieved to see my mother heart beating again. I went to the chair to my right and then dropped into it. I was tired out of my mind.
"I never thought that it was going to drain me that much," I said while breathing heavily.
I was grateful that my mother survived, but I thought I was going to die just by reving her. Since I was tired, I tried to fall asleep. Then after a few minutes I passed out cold.
*June 2, 2015*
I felt my body being shook by someone. I opened my eyes and was met with the sight of my mother awake. I was thrilled to see her. I went towards her to hug her in excitement. Then I saw he starting to disappearing from my sight.
I pleaded to have her stay with me but I saw her disappearing without a trace. Everything went dark and I slowly woke up. I rubbed my eyes then stretched. Yesterday I stayed with my mother side, hoping she would awaken. After a few hours they told me that visiting hours we over.
I thanked them for letting me spend time with my mother. I then left the hospital and went back home. Before I exited the hospital, I was met with everything pausing. I looked around to check if it was Menhit but to my surprise she wasn't even around.
I looked everywhere to see who it was. Nothing, it was all I saw. I looked everywhere but it was dark outside so I wasn't able to see very well. I felt something hit the back of my neck. I looked behind me o see who touched me.
Once I turned around, I saw my biological father. I knew that he was dead so I wanted to know who the hell is impersonating my father.
"Why the hell are you trying to impersonate my father?" I said angrily.
My 'father' just went towards me and try to hug me. I back away from him and focused for my gauntlets to form. I asked again the same question but I got no response. I was about to attack the person but I then heard something from the man.
"Andrew.....please.....don't....let...your.....power.....consume.....you...I...only....ask...that...you...protect...your...mother..."
I wondered why would this man try to warn me about my powers. I was about to ask him about it but he disappeared. Everything went back to normal. I immediately felt a burning sensation in my back. I ignored it since it wasn't anything major.
I walked back but I saw my door open. I went on guard and went inside my home. As I closed my door as I entered, I was met with a surprise. I saw a little kitten in a basket. The basket had a note 9n it so I grabbed it to see what it contained.

Take care of this little one. I have no money to take care of her, so I left her to you. This one is a nekomata but please take care of her and give her love.

As I read it, I started to hear a yawn from the basket. I looked down to see the Neko looking at me
(Neko): (O_o)
(Andrew): (⌐■-■)
"What you looking at me like that for?" I spoke towards the Neko.
The Neko didn't respond but just kept looking at me. I sighed and just brought the basket to the kitchen. I set the basket on the table and sat down on a chair. I went over and picked up the Neko. As I brought it near me, but I soon regretted it.
The damn Neko started to scratch the hell out of my hands and face. I was about to throw the Neko out, but as soon as I almost threw her out she spoke.
"Oh please no! Okay! Okay! I'll stop but please don't throw me out! I beg of you!" Begged the neko.
" Are you going to stop?" I questioned.
" Yes!" She responded.
I gestured her to come with me to the living room. I saw there were no chairs so I walked back and set her in the chair in front of me. I went back to where I sat and looked straight at her. When I looked she looked nervous. I concluded that she's wondering what I'm going to do with her.
"Relax, I'm not going to kick you out. But I don't know about my mother when she comes back. But right now I want answers."
" My first question, do you remember who brought you here?" I asked.
She took a moment before she responded.
"Yes I do, it was both my mom and dad. We were poor so they dropped me off here for my sake." She responded.
I nodded to her response and started with my other questions. So, her name is Takei Miyako. They named her since she was born at night. She was born on December 21st. But anything else I asked she kept responding with I don't know.
I sighed in disappoinment but I proceeded with the information I had. I heard a grumbling noise coming from Miyako.
"You hungry?"
She responded with a nod. I stood up from my chair and went to make some food. After about an hour, I made two burritos San Joses for the both of us. The aroma of the food flowed throughout the kitchen which caused Miyako to salvate.
I yelled towards her to come to the kitchen. Even though she didn't know where it was she used her sense of smell. She hurriedly walked to the kitchen and saw me with two plates in my hands. I handed her one of them and told her to follow me.
We went to the dinning room. The both of us sat down and started to eat. It was silent the whole time. It kind of felt awkward to. I tried to think of something to start a conversation, but none of them were the correct ones.
After we finished eating I told Miyako to give me her plate so I can clean it. I sent her to the living room while I washed the dishes.
Miyako's POV
'Momma....why? Did I do something wrong? What did I do? I only want to spend time with you and daddy. I never thought I was the problem for y'all to send me to some random.'
I woke up yawning, only to see a human. The human looked at me with curiosity. The human grabbed the handle of the thing I was in and brought me inside. The human kept looking at me when it layed me and the basket on the table.
