Hancock's attention shifted towards the comotion going on in the inn.
She was relaxed and hadn't activated her observation haki. Otherwise she would have noticed the devil fruit.
But in a twist of fate, she has already eaten the devil fruit that she had eaten in her previous life.
"What should we do captain ? All though we captured our culprit, the fruit is accidentally eaten by the human girl. And because it was an accident taking actions against her won't be right." The only same soldier to remind standing except for the captain of the royal guards spoke to him. Because all other people in the inn have hearts in their eyes.
And Hancock wasn't even trying.
The captain understood the situation. It might be the effect of the devil fruit. Since she has eaten it recently it was obvious that she has yet to master it's ability. Maybe the devil fruits effects are doing this. For a moment he also fell in love with the girl's beauty. He shook his head and quickly turned to the other guard. "You stay here I will go to the royal palace immediately and consult with the majesty."

"Hancock ? Captain ? Are you okay ?" Silver got worried.
With the new found information, Hancock sobered up immediately.
'Is this fate ?
In my last life I ate the fruit, during my enslavement under the celestial dragons. I have never imagined that I would ever eat this fruit in this manner.'
Some of her lost arrogance seems to come out of nowhere.
But she quickly controlled that feeling. After witnessing many strong people, Hancock has humbled down.
To inquire how this happened she turn to the fishman the soldier has captured.
"Hey you ! Where did you find this fruit ? And how did it come to my plate ?"
Hancock asked the captured fishman haughtily.
Kuroshaku, who has hearts in his eyes didn't resist Hancock's power. He immediately started talking.
"I stole it from the royal palace. I was planning to sell it in sabaody archipelago. But when I heard the soldiers coming this way I hid the fruit among the sea berries."
Now it made sense to Hancock. The fruit was on its way to the holy lands of Mariejoice. But in a twist of fate she ate it here.
She suddenly remembered how Luffy had eaten his devil fruit. In one of her visits to Luffy, during his last 6 months of training, they had talked about a lot of things. And one of those things were how Luffy had eaten his devil fruit.
He ate it when he was a child from the red haired pirates thinking that it was a desert.
Now a similar thing happened to her. Hancock blushed thinking about it. She has now one more thing common with Luffy.
"Hey captain are you okay ? You are blushing." Silver smirked.
Hancock immediately shook her head. Now she has even more power to save her sisters. But she new that she couldn't use those powers openly. Otherwise her position of warlord might be threatened. And she needed that position to help Luffy.
But at the end it didn't matter. She was prepared to save her sisters with or without her devil fruit.
Now the only thing that left is to deal with this royal family of the fishman island. She has eaten their secret treasure. So obviously they won't let it go that easily.
But now she had some confidence. She can easily deal with the royal family. Afterall, she was beautiful. So she can get away with many mistakes as she wanted.

"The devil fruit has been eaten you say jamon ?" King Neptune asked the captain of the royal guards.
"Yes your majesty. A human girl has eaten it accidentally." The captain didn't lift his head.
King Neptune turned to his wife the queen, Otohime.
"What do you think about this situation, jamon ?"
"According to the story that you have told me your majesty, the royal family was tasked to safe keep the fruit till it's rightfull owner appears. I think, it is the work of fate, that she has eaten it.
I think she might be the right full owner of that fruit. But I also want to establish friendship with her.
So I ask for your permission to go and meet her." Otohime said politely.
King Neptune carefully considered her words.
What she said was true. So after considering the situation for a few minutes he finally gave his permission.

Hancock had expected to get summoned by the king in the best case scenario and in the worst, get arrested.
But she has never thought that the queen of the fishman island herself would be visiting her.
But she was not worried about the unexpected situation.
The royal guards didn't try to restrain her in anyway. They just told Silver to put away her guns for this safety of the queen.
The meeting was scheduled in a cafe in a relatively wealthy district of fishman island.
When Hancock reached their, the queen was already waiting there along with a few guards.
"Hello miss, I am Otohime, the queen of the fishman island. It's nice to meet you. Please take a seat." Otohime said in a perfect diplomatic manner.
"Hancock quickly assessed the situation. It was a completely different situation then she had imagined. But she understood one thing very quickly. That the person in front of her is a well mannered politician. So she has to trade carefully."
"Nice to meet you too, I am Boa Hancock from Amazon Lily."
Otohime might not have much knowledge about the world above, but she wasn't completely ignorant. She knew about many things on the surface. Although knowledge was mainly came from different books that the royal family has collected or her husband, who tells her stories about his time with the king of the pirates Gol D. Roger before their night activities, she has some surface level knowledge about Amazon Lily.
It was an Island with some rich history.
The island of women where men are forbidden. She didn't know how they populate their island in this manner, but she decided to think about it later.
Otohime assessed Hancock. She seems to be around 13 or 14. But she was incredibly beautiful. Infact she was the most beautiful person she has met in her entire life.
She was polite to her. But there was an air of dominance, pride and arrogance around her.
"I understand your situation, miss Hancock. The royal family will not hold you accountable for what happened.
The fruit you ate, was given to the royal family to keep it safe till it's rightfull owner appears. And it was centuries ago.
So if possible, I would like to form friendship with you." Otohime offered.
Hancock was not expecting it. But she quickly understood the situation and agreed.
"It would be my pleasure."
After that they talked about some other things about themselves where Otohime learnt about her meeting with Jimbei and their fight.
All in all everything turned out good for Hancock.
Hancock wanted to leave the island soon. But before leaving she wanted to master her advanced haki. So for the rest of their stay, she continued her training in the corral forest.
The world is going to face it's most beautiful woman soon.
