Sarina trench is the deepest trench in the north blue. Hikku knew about it very well. A lot of her Noble customers try to get into that part of the sea to witness unique sea life. Apart from being the deepest trench in the north blue, Sarina trench is also famous for its glowing sea creatures. Especially eels and catfish, that glows in night.
But the issue was that Hancock wanted to go to the deepest part of that trench. Even submarines made out of Steel won't be able to handle such water pressure. That was the truth.
But Hikku was blinded by her greed of money.

"So you are saying that it is impossible to go that Deep in the sea even with a submarine made out of Steel ?" Hancock was expecting this.
"Well I said that it is impossible to go that deep in the sea with a normal submarine made out of Steel.
I have a special submarine in my mind for you. Obviously it will be a not more pricey than your normal submarines.
Why normal submarines costs around 150 millions and above, this special one could cost you almost a billion berries." Hikku said with a low voice.
Hancock could tell from the way she spoke that it was a scam. She was obviously lying. But she played along anyway.
"Is that so ? Then tell me what is so special about this submarine your talking about that I will have to pay almost a billion berries for it ?" Hancock asked seductively. She was not using her devil to powers. But even without it, she was very beautiful.
Hikku got lost in Hancock's beauty for a bit.
"Sorry ! My goddess ! I mean you can get it for free if you are willing to come to my bed !
*Cough*cough* Hikku immediately managed to calm down herself. She didn't know what she has blabered.
She clicked her tongue and straightened her posture.
Hancock was surprised.
'Her greed must be way powerful than her lust. She managed to calm down herself.'
"*Cough*cough*
Forgive my previous outburst.
But this is a trade secret.
But I am willing to tell you.
Have you ever heard of Adam wood, miss Hancock ?" Hikku asked trying to be mysterious.
"Ofcourse, It's a very special wood that said to be come from an immortal tree untouched by war. The pirate king Gol D Roger's ship, Oro Jackson was made by that wood." Instead of Hancock, Silver replied.
"You are correct miss Silver. The submarine I am talking about will be made from Adam wood.
But unfortunately the world government has banned the usage of Adam wood in ships after the execution of the pirate king. So getting a piece of that wood is extremely difficult. But fortunately I have enough connections in the black market. It will be illegal but I can collect a piece of that wood for you. And according to your need it might cost you around 800 millions. It is risky after all. And after that there is also the charge for construction of the ship.
So my estimation is it will roughly cost you around a billion berries." Hikku explained.
Hancock knew that she was scamming them. She knows the price of Adam wood in the black market. They can build two full sized galeons with that much Adam wood. Not to mention the Adam wood might be stronger than Steel but it won't be able to go to the deepest part of that trench. Only sea kings can go that deep. So it was a scam.
Hancock smiled mysteriously at Hikku. Then suddenly she unleashed a burst of conqueror's haki focused on her. Hikku, unable to stand in front of Hancock's haki, immidiately passed out.
"Jeez ! captain ! Don't use your colour of the supreme king willy nilly. Even if she was trying to scam us, we could have at least discussed something with her. Or straight out black mail her." Silver complained.
"Can you wake her up ?" Hancock asked Silver instead.
Finally after waking up Hikku, they blackmailed her for a while, before leaving the office. Hikku has tried to scam them. Not only that but she has also mentioned Adam wood. So they have enough material on Hikku to blackmail on. Finally they settled after Hikku offered them a fishing ship, that was capable of fishing huge sea kings, for free. They were disappointed that they did not find any answer for their problem.
So Hancock decided to go with her alternative plan.

"So, you did not find any submarine ?" Sandersonia asked Hancock after she returned to silver pearl.
"No we are hoping to find some alternate solution, if the idea of a submarine failed." Hancock said to her sister.
"But it seems that the company owner is just a scammer." Silver finished with a sigh.
"By the way where is Gloriosa ?" Hancock asked Sandersonia.
"She told me that she was going to gather some information about this trench from an old timer. That's all. I don't know where she was going." Sandersonia shrugged.
"Well done we have to wait for her return. Oh by the way I forgot to introduce you to our new ship. It has no name yet but it is big. And it can carry a lot of weight. It has also a large pully to pull out big sea kings from underwater." Hancock said.
"I still don't understand what she is planning. But I have a very bad feeling about it." Silver said sighing.
Hancock herself was confused. She didn't know from where this crazy idea came to her mind. In her previous life she or never have been able to imagine such a crazy idea. But now she came up with a ridiculous idea to go underwater and search for sea caves in the deepest trench of the north blue. Maybe it is Luffy effect.
"Alright I will tell you about my super secret plan after Gloriosa come back. I hope it will give her a heart attack." Hancock said smiling.
Marigold gulped. "Why do I feel like I am going to be in a lot of pain ?"
