Andrei drove back home, he couldn't help but think of the manner at which Suzanne had agreed to ruin her life; her "one year" for her family; he said in a bid to mimic her.

He had a weird smile on his face as though he was mocking her decision, finally! He said out loud, finally he had gotten the opportunity to subdue Henry Mackenzie and seize his daughter for himself.

Half way through his ride he got a phone call, it was Josie; his girlfriend. "Hi baby" he said, trying to adjust his ear pod. "My love, how did it go"? Josie asked. Andrei didn't want to kill his excitement by talking about it over the phone. "Can you come to the house today? I have a lot to tell you"

Josie observes that it'll be a long gist, "

ok baby" then proceeds to ask about him. She couldn't help but hope Henry Mackenzie didn't agree to his request as that could jeopardize her chances of getting more money from Andrei.
