Disappointed, Are We?

Cynthia quickly changed into her clothes and rushed out in a hurry.

"Miss Shannon, Mr. is waiting for you in the dining room," Joyce said with a smile as she saw Cynthia approaching.

Before Joyce could finish her sentence, Cynthia bypassed her. "Tell him I have urgent matters and had to leave now."

As she descended the spiral staircase, Cynthia spotted Tristan sitting in the dining room waiting for her. "Come over and have something to eat first."

"But I..." Cynthia instinctively refused, but seeing that nothing on the table had been touched, it was evident that Tristan had been waiting for her.

Perhaps sensing her internal struggle, Tristan said, "Eat first, and then I'll take you."

"Fine."

One can imagine the speculative glances Tristan received when he appeared in front of Lily and the others.

"Tsk, tsk, no wonder you went off the grid early in the morning." Lily's gaze fell on the hickeys on Cynthia's neck, revealing a hint of meaningful laughter.
