information about seals/runes and Ranks

Runes are basically like fuinjutsu of Naruto on steroids but extremely hard to learn but good for people with low mana levels since it has the ability to do almost everything mana can do and it need only a little bit of mana to pull many of the high level seals of but People need to have a really high level of mana control and it's not just learning words and writing in the air.

let's take fireball for example, mana users just think about a fireball and cast mana to their mind and body and outside to create a fireball while rune users will need to learn a specific words for a fireball and understand the how and why people can cast fireballs using mana,

so basically while mana users fill holes to use fireball by just sending alot of mana to which will eventually fill the holes, rune users can just use the right ammount of mana needed to fill the holes to where they are.

And this are ranks of sealsmen and can also be used as the ranks for everyone in general.

Also this is talking about the defensive and offensive capabilities.

1.Beginners - not much to explain since they're just starting won't be mentioned probably.

2.intermediate - you can use Jin chan and cedric as an example.

3.advanced - huge level difference between intermediate as one can quickly create ruins which can do alot of stuff that ranges from destroying an entire city with Little difficulty,same as mana us.

4.master - Country level at most.

5.grandmaster - continental level at most

6.king - Planet level,like I've said before,an Earth elementalist can easy turn earth and other planets into a dildo but the goddess Gaia won't allow than.

7.Monarch - This is a level that is extremely hard for humans to achieve and not a lot of people has achieved,they can use every element(or use thousands of seals with really high level of mastery) and can easily destroy a galaxy(not universe)

Then there's this level.

ENLIGHTENMENT/TRANSCENDENT

Not exactly god level - can destroy one or even 2 universes.

GOD'S - they live in a place of existence higher than the universe and can easily destroy thousands of universes easily including even timelines.

UNKNOWN - will probably not even be mentioned in the story.
