On the Matter of Raising a Daughter

Ji Yunchen and Jiang Guo both froze in their tracks. Jiang Guo hadn't expected her daughter to pose such a question, and her eyes couldn't conceal the embarrassment she felt.

This scene was clear to Ji Yunchen, and a smirk gradually appeared on his face, his eyes tinged with amusement. "That's a question for your mommy," he quipped.

Jiang Xiaobei immediately shifted her gaze to Jiang Guo, her brows furrowed in confusion. "Mommy, why don't you and Daddy live in the same room?"

Ji Ming and Jiang Xiaobao chimed in, following suit. "I've heard my classmates say their mommy and daddy live in the same room."

"Yeah, and they said if mommy and daddy don't live together, it might mean they want to divorce and live separately forever!"

"But Mommy and Daddy haven't gotten married, so they won't divorce. It means Mommy doing this suggests she might leave anytime!"
