Era of Reckoning

A few seconds after opening the portal , Victor and Sebastian fell out, both of them looking exalted and covered in dust and sweat.


"Welcome back to the real world." Alex said and Victor shot him a deadly glare


"You bastard!!! How the fuck could you leave us in that hot wasteland for a weak?!" Victor shouted, his anger palpable. Looking at Sabastian, Alex could see that his skin was severely sunburnt and he groaned internally. Since Sabastian didn't have access to mana yet, he couldn't protect himself from the harmful UV rays inside the pocket dimension and with the difference in flow of time,  he got a week's worth of constant exposure to the sun.


"Sorry, I didn't mean to leave you in there so long. And it hasn't been a week, only two and half days." Alex said, but Victor only clicked his tongue in annoyance 


"Where are we by the way? And can we take a bath or something, I smell like I've been sleeping in a dumpster?" Victor asked
