Breeding To Break The World

When Ken returned home, there was a box placed on his doorstep. He didn't know who had delivered it there, but he knew to be cautious. Just when he was about to use a stick to push it away from their property, he noticed the Duke's personal seal on a corner of the box.

Still a little suspicious, he called over one of his totem sentries guarding the house—a badger that he had recently created after seeing a young noble's pet collection. This creature was an expert at digging, and the totem wasted no time in taking apart the wooden box with its sharp claws. It even damaged the contents inside a little, which turned out to be a stack of books.

Ken went closer and realized that all the books were related to Totemic and Shamanic magic. He had pestered the Duke repeatedly for resources to fuel his magical training. The Duke had previously tried to hand over some basic books and materials that were of no use to an old expert like Ken.
