Chapter Ten

Waking up to a knock on the door. I stood and opened it. There was the professor. I smiled and waved at him before closing the door again. My mind was not quite awake enough to try to speak. Heading to the bathroom, I washed my face and brushed my teeth. Picking out a set of clothing I kept for today. A pink knitted shirt, with a white undershirt. Black pants to go along with it and boots that were somewhat new. Tying my hair up into a ponytail. I was ready for the day.

Down stairs Ms. Muriel was waiting with some toast. "I keep telling you, young ones, that you need to eat before trying to do everything." She said, shoving the toast into everyone's hands.

"Are we all going to the stables?" I asked, looking around at all the people here.

Ms. Muriel laughed, making the others jump a little. They were not awake enough for her booming laughter. "No, some of these kids take morning classes. Only extracurricular class take place so early," I nodded and waved goodbye.
