Dominick's POV
"Dominick?" Luna called.
Relief flooded through me as I quickly got off the chair and went to the bed, sitting on the edge.
"Luna, are you alright?" I asked.
"Yes," she replied, sitting up slowly. "I'm fine. What happened?"
"You collapsed," I simply stated, not wanting to scare her.
She took a deep breath, processing the information. "I... remember now. I shot that man," she mumbled under her breath.
I nodded. "Yes, you saved me," I said, grateful for that.
Her eyes lightened up. "I'm glad I did... even though it felt weird."
"Really? You've never shot anyone before, have you?" I asked, curious.
"I... don't know," Luna admitted, her brow furrowed in thought. "Sometimes it feels like I have, but I don't remember. I just know I hate violence so much."
"Well, one thing is for sure, you were very brave," I told her.
"Thank you, Dominick," Luna replied.
"What about that man?" she asked.
