She pouted. "I wanted to come over to your room to keep you company, but the boss said not to disturb you."

"Speaking of which, where's Dominick?"

"He's inside his study with Selene."

"Selene?" My brows arched instantly. "What is she doing here?"

"Probably business-related." Nina shrugged.

I was about to head to the study when I saw Joel limping towards me.

"Joel, what are you doing out here? You should be in bed."

"Luna, it's been too long since I saw you." He smiled and kept coming. "I got bored of staying inside the room all the time. And the doctor said it was okay."
