Ten times

The manager slowly came back to his senses and looked at me with a strange look.

But eventually he said, "Oh, if it's too cheap, do you want to pay more?"

I gave a simple nod before saying, "Bring me one of everything."

The manager gave a quick nod before turning to the waiter to say, "Go and put in the young master's order! Hurry!"

The waiter had still been in a daze, so the manager even went to kick him when he was still standing there in a daze. Then the manager turned back and said with a smile, "Young master, please wait while I prepare some tea for you."
