Chapter 321 Fall For Someone Else

Sure enough, Caroline knew what she was thinking, but she didn't stop Erine.

"Alright then. You should head home and get some rest. Mr. Forbes, since you're her friend, you should at least send her off," she said.

Quentin then stood up and accompanied Erine out of the restaurant.

As it was still early spring, the night breeze was chilly. Keeping her head down as she walked out of the restaurant, Erine couldn't stop her tears from flowing down.

Quentin was following behind her. He stopped in his tracks upon noticing that she was crying.

Under the dim street lights, he could only see one side of her face while the other side was hidden in the dark. Her thin shoulders trembled slightly in the wind, while her tears flowed down steadily.

After a couple of minutes, he walked over and stood beside her.

"You knew that he's married, didn't you? Why didn't you tell me? Why did you keep this from me for so many years?"
