Chapter 322 Her Nightmare

All of a sudden, the nightmare jolted her awake. As her heart pounded, her gaze wandered across the room to search for Eddison. Upon seeing that he was still lying next to her, she was slightly relieved.

Looking around the room, it was still dark. She smoothed her hair and realized that she was sweating.

She gulped hard and took her phone. It was 3 in the morning.

Eddison was still asleep. After adapting to the darkness, she saw that he was frowning as if she had disrupted his sleep. She couldn't stop herself from reaching out to touch his knitted eyebrows, trying to smooth them.

The next second, her extended hand was grasped tightly by him. In a flash, his eyes were wide open. After realizing that it was her, the murderous glint in his gaze faded away.

Sitting up, he was about to turn the lights on but she stopped him.

"Don't turn on the lights, let's just sit here for a while," she said.
