Because Arthur had forgotten to ask the location of the vault, Arthur had to rely on his father.

Under the guidance of him, they passed various identity checks- mostly mana signatures, personal questions and face and eye scans.

After what seemed like an eternity, Arthur finally arrived at the Blade vault with his father.

The old man who was already standing there, gazing at the vault, shifted his stance and greeted them with a nod.

It was a place that was invaluable to the Blades.

It was a place that held all of the Blades' treasures- including artifacts, weapons, arts, armor, ores etc.

Thus, the reason for so many security checks.

The treasures dated all the way back to the formation of Blades, which was one of the major reasons it was so important to them.
