I squinted at the black figure behind my parents, because the smell of this person was making me weak in the knees.
Reeko's hand shook against my skin, and when I looked at his face, his jaw became stern with anger. When his arm became loose, my knees gave out under me, and I almost fell if it weren't for the black figure to reach me quickly and take me in its arms.
I almost squealed in fright, but when my eyes came resting on the blazing and glowing blue ones, the world around me stopped, and I was lost.
Those blue eyes held so much emotion that I couldn't decipher. My arms tightened around the figure's neck tightly, and I cried in sadness when I realized who was holding me. "You again, let me down," I growled lowly at Fraser, whose grip tightened around me.
"Let her down, Alpha," Reeko said lowly, but Fraser did not take his eyes off of mine, and I frowned.
