Chapter 49

The mere thought gave me a headache. "I'm fine, Sheila made pasta, but I wanted to call you to inform you that we have reached the farmhouse. And the farmhouse is beautiful and luxurious," I said and then laid down on the bed as I stared at the ceiling.

I told mom about our plans tomorrow morning, and she approved. Afterwards, I went over into the washroom to change out of my jeans and into something comfortable. I decided to wear my pj's and a half sleeve dark green shirt. Tying my hair into a ponytail, I looked around the room that I chose for Sheila and I. There was a window on the left side with the bed in the middle of the room by the wall. There was a sliding door closet at my right and a washroom beside me. It was a normal and cozy looking room.

"Ah, did I come too late?" I asked Sheila at the dining table when all the men headed upstairs to call their mates.

She laughed, "I saved a plate for you and Fraser before I served them.
