It was then that I heard Clarynn’s high pitched voice echo through the walls behind me. Apparently she was finally done for today. She was having a conversation with someone over some random things regarding beauty products and experiments. As I was listening to determine how close she was, I scanned the targets again looking for a change in movement or breathing, but I got nothing.

"Axel are you on the way out?" I connected the mind link with him and tone relaying something is off.

"Yes Jennifer. Why, what is going on?" he became alert and tension grew between our link.
