Just when life was feeling really good, and I felt stronger, I already know that my temporary boost in strength was over, and my stats had returned to normal. It wasn't a big deal since it was only temporary strength anyway. But now that my free trial period was over, I didn't have that extra boost anymore. It was disappointing.

But Hey, I did manage to get stronger. You can see the stats; I've been grinding for two weeks, but they're not that high after all. I don't have that many hard quests because sometimes I fight bad guys, and other times I'm just helping out in the neighborhood, like assisting an old woman with her groceries or participating in community clean-ups. So yeah, it's not that challenging, which is why the rewards are just so-so.

And I'm still investigating the mysterious group called 69, but they seem to be hiding, which is weird considering they attacked the school. That's why I'm feeling uneasy about the city; I don't know what those villains might do next.

"Alright, let's get back to the system," I sighed, feeling a bit annoyed. "Hmm, what should I do next? Well, I'll just head to the shop and,Lets see if there's anything I can use with just 3 million shop points to fight bad guys."

As I pondered my options, I decided to consult the system for a list of things that worth 3 million shop points. Focusing my thoughts, I mentally addressed the system, requesting the information.

"System, can you provide me with a list of things that are worth 3 million shop points?" I thought, directing my query towards the interface.

"Affirmative, host. Initiating search..." the AI system responded promptly. After a moment, a notification appeared in my mind, signaling that the search was complete.

I focused my attention on the list that appeared before me, eager to see what options were available within my budget of 3 million shop points. Scrolling through the items, I carefully evaluated each one, considering their potential usefulness in my fight against villains.

Among the options listed that intrigue me were:

Advanced Energy Blaster: A handheld weapon capable of firing powerful energy blasts, perfect for long-range combat.

Stamina Boost Trait: After nearly depleting your stamina during combat, this innate ability automatically triggers, providing a sudden and significant boost to your stamina levels. This trait enables you to quickly recover from exhaustion, allowing you to continue fighting with renewed energy and vigor. With this innate stamina boost, you can push through fatigue and maintain your performance during prolonged battles.

Berserker: This special ability taps into your primal instincts, boosting your strength and aggression in battle. However, activating it consumes 100 energy. After one hour of activation, you'll be left in a near-death state, exhausted and vulnerable. But be cautious, there's a cooldown of 20 minutes after each use.

Energy Shield device: A portable device that generates a protective energy shield, deflecting incoming attacks and providing a temporary barrier against harm. However, it comes with a limitation—it only lasts for 30 minutes before deactivating.

Sonic Disruptor Device: This handheld device emits strong sound waves that confuse and weaken enemies nearby. It messes up their hearing, causing them a lot of pain and making them unsure of what's happening. This gives you a chance to fight them more easily or avoid them altogether. But remember, using it too much can hurt you, so be careful how you use it.

Teleportation Device: This small gadget creates a temporary spot where you can instantly teleport back to when activated. It's handy for escaping or moving quickly, but you need to put it in the right spot and turn it on correctly. Remember, it can only be used once before it needs to recharge, so make sure you use it wisely.

Animal Empathy: This trait gives people a natural talent for talking to and understanding animals really well. With Animal Empathy, folks can easily connect with all sorts of creatures, knowing what they're trying to say just by watching them. This trait lets them become good friends with animals, making them trust each other and work together.

As I thought about how strong Berserker is and that it needs 100 energy, I remembered I only have 100 energy because I bought it a week ago. Since Now I might need more energy for other abilities like Berserker, I decided to increase my energy in the future. It's like having a fireball spell that needs mana to cast.

And then there's Animal Empathy and that Stamina Boost Trait—both seem pretty OP too.

The Stamina Boost Trait, for instance, kicks in just when I'm about to hit empty in a fight, giving me a burst of stamina to keep going. And Animal Empathy? Well, it's like having a natural knack for chatting up animals, understanding them better than most folks understand each other. It's crazy useful, especially when you need some help when it comes to investigating etc...

So yeah, between those, Berserker, and all these other gadgets like the Energy Shield and Teleportation Device, I've got quite the thing here. But each of them comes with its own set of risks and limitations. Gotta be smart about how I use them, or I could end up in some serious trouble.

But here's the kicker, they all cost the same 3 million points each. And guess what? I only have 3 million points to spare. So, which one should I buy? It's like trying to pick your favorite flavor of ice cream when they're all equally delicious. Tough call.

After thinking it over, I've decided to go with Berserker. It has its good points and its bad points. On the downside, it uses up 100 energy, and I only have that much. I bought it a week ago and didn't boost it since it wasn't a priority back then. However, now that Berserker's on the table, I need to improve my energy. But luckily, I have 100 energy potions in my inventory.

Now let's talk about the drawbacks. Berserker makes me really strong and fierce in a fight, but it has a big downside. After an hour, it leaves me almost dead, tired and weak. That's a risk I can't overlook. Plus, there's the cooldown of 20 minutes after each use, meaning I can't rely on it too frequently.

But I've got a plan for that. I still have some health potions left in my inventory, though not many. I've used 62 out of the 100 I had, so I've got 38 left. I can't afford to go all out with Berserker because of that. I need to save it for when I really need it. , considering that the rewards from the system are unpredictable, so I have to be smart with what I've got.

With my decision made, I go ahead and purchase the Berserker ability, which leaves me with zero shop points. It's a big investment, but I believe it'll be worth it when the time comes.

With the Berserker ability now in my possession, I turn my attention back to my attributes, ready to allocate my remaining experience points.

With only 200 experience points to spare, I decided to allocate 100 points to strength and the remaining 100 points to reflexes, giving me a boost of 10 points in each attribute. Now, my reflexes stand at 60 while my strength has reached 80. It's progress, but I still feel a bit lacking compared to formidable opponents like Jord Hos, who boasted 90 in strength and endurance. Although his strength might have been boost by some drugs, it's still a reminder of the challenges I may face. Nonetheless, the additional attributes have made me slightly stronger and more agile, which could prove crucial in future encounters.

.....

Meanwhile, a man with a tattoo of the number 69 on his neck makes his way to a slum area that appears to be a territory of some sort. As he navigates the area, he encounters a Latino individual blocking his path.

"Don't block me if you value your life," the tattooed man warns the Latino.

 Confused, the Latino replies, "What?"

Just then, another man with an afro hairstyle, appearing to be African American, steps in. "Don't block him, George," he commands.

"Boss, sorry," George apologizes to the African American man.

"You're here, Boss Sephiro," the afro-haired man addresses the mysterious figure.

"Yeah, I'm here. How's your progress? Have you secured the resources we need for our plan, Jon?" Sephiro inquired, addressing the African American man.

Jon replied, "Boss, I'm sorry, but due to police interference, we almost lost everything. I managed to grabbed the important stuff before escaping."

Enraged, Sephiro punched him in the gut, exclaiming, "You're utterly useless!"

"Ahh!" Jon groaned in pain, his face twisting with hurt as Sephiro's punch hit him hard in the stomach.

Seeing this, George looked worried and hurried over, saying, "Boss!"

But Jon, sounding strained and annoyed, barked at George, "Don't interfere!"

With a heavy sigh, Sephiro shook his head, disappointment evident in his voice as he addressed Jon. "You know, Jamal, I trusted you, but you've let me down." Then, after a brief pause, he continued, "But I'll give you another chance."

Sephiro then revealed a picture to Jon (Jamal), depicting a middle-aged man who seemed influential. Jon, puzzled, asked, "What's this, boss?"

"This man is crucial to our plan," Sephiro explained. "If we can destroy his wealth and empire, it will shake one of the government's key resources. I need you to make sure that happens."

Jon (Jamal) nodded, understanding the gravity of their mission. "Consider it done, boss. I won't let you down this time," he vowed, determination burning in his eyes.

Sephiro nodded firmly. "Good. Make sure you do it quietly. We can't make any more mistakes."

Then Sephiro declared "We've got to break down the government step by step" his tone resolute. "After our successful attack back then, they're already feeling the pressure."

In his thoughts, Sephiro reflected, "The government has to pay for what they've done to my family, The Lukin family."

[And Also The picture turned out to be Conrad Hilton, Chris Hilton's father.]

It's clear now that the mysterious man is named Sephiro Lukin, an American of Russian descent who harbors resentment towards the government due to the events of the 1932 war.

As for the fate of the Hilton family, is uncertain, caught in the grip of Sephiro's grudge and the devious plans he's hatching. What would be their fate?
