Just as Liu Qingmei left, Qin Hai's phone rang. It was Baldy informing him that he'd arranged a meeting with He Yaozu.

"Alright, I got it!"

After hanging up, Qin Hai rolled out of bed and prepared to disguise himself as the Starshine Leader before meeting with He Yaozu.

This all-out manhunt against Evil Shadow definitely couldn't rely solely on the strength of Dark World. With Evil Shadow's infiltration over many years, it was highly likely that they had gained significant influence, possibly even within various governments. Though Dark World could eliminate a part of them, in order to uproot this evil organization entirely, a union with a greater force was essential.

The first ally Qin Hai thought of was naturally National Security, that old fox, He Yaozu.

Forming an alliance with Starshine against Evil Shadow would probably make that old fox so happy that he'd wake up from his sleep laughing!
