The Power of Team

Hannibal was prepared and immediately accelerated, dodging the attack.

The wind blades missed their target, drifting forward and hitting a small tree, which snapped in half.

Seeing his initial strike fail, Fraser quickly pursued, continuously sending wind blades towards Hannibal.

However, he underestimated Hannibal's speed. Each wind blade narrowly missed him, evaded by Hannibal.

Observing this, others from Fraser's team also began to encircle Hannibal, hoping to overwhelm him with numbers.

Thus, they staged a cat-and-mouse chase in front of everyone.

Yet, despite their efforts, they grew exhausted and couldn't catch Hannibal.

By this time, Hannibal, having lost a lot of blood and run for so long, was also running out of strength.

Both sides stood facing each other at a distance, unable to harm the other.

"Attack! Attack! Why have you stopped?" Miranda, seeing Fraser's hesitation, anxiously stood up and shouted at them.

"Miranda, I can't believe how ruthless you've become! He's your husband!" Jodie finally couldn't hold back and spoke out.

Miranda glared at Jodie, retorting, "Mind your own business. Who do you think you are? You'd better stay out of it, or after we're done with Hannibal, I'll let Fraser's team deal with you!"

Seeing Miranda's attitude, Alberta couldn't bear it. She tugged at Dylan's sleeve and whispered, "Dylan, should we help Hannibal? Miranda and her team are despicable! Besides, Hannibal helped us lure away the zombies this afternoon."

Dylan, though indifferent to petty human disputes, internally sided with Hannibal. Especially witnessing Fraser and his group relentlessly attacking Hannibal alone, he grew angry.

"These cowards aren't worthy opponents for Hannibal," he thought.

With this in mind, he approached Hannibal and placed twenty crystals in front of him.

Looking at Hannibal's bewildered expression, Dylan calmly said, "These are rightfully yours. Memorize the numbers on these crystals. Hold them in your left hand and recite the numbers silently. Quickly!"

Though Hannibal didn't understand the purpose, he trusted Dylan was helping him. Without hesitation, he followed Dylan's instructions.

As the energy surged through him, Hannibal felt a change in his body. He absorbed another crystal, and the transformation became more apparent.

He sensed his physique growing stronger. Astonished, he glanced at Dylan, who remained impassive, and decided not to ask questions, instead hastening to absorb the remaining crystals.

"Kelly, come here!" Seeing Hannibal's injured right hand, Dylan called Kelly over.

"Attend to his wounds," he instructed as Kelly approached."Alright!" Kelly pulled up Hannibal's sleeve, exposing his arm, and placed her hand on Hannibal's wound.

Meanwhile, Fraser's group grew infuriated at the sight of Dylan and Hannibal standing together openly.

How dare someone openly side with Hannibal?

Wasn't that a challenge to them?

But they were too exhausted at the moment to act on their anger.

Fraser decided that once they were done with Hannibal, he would deal with this unfamiliar man who dared to challenge them.

He had already noticed that Dylan and Alberta were together.

Ha! He was the only man among them.

Once he took care of him, wouldn't Alberta and Jodie submit to him obediently?

They were both beauties, much stronger than Miranda.

Fraser's anger subsided a bit as he realized he had a reason to confront Dylan now that he had openly supported Hannibal.

Soon, they rested and got up to approach Hannibal.

Meanwhile, Hannibal absorbed the final crystal, feeling astonished beyond words.

These crystals had made his physique incredibly powerful. He felt like he could crush their necks with just one hand.

Even more astonishing was that his right arm wound had healed!

Hannibal's mind was a bit overwhelmed.

He couldn't understand why or how this was happening.

Suddenly, he felt that Dylan and his group were terrifying.

Fortunately, he had left a good impression on them.

As Fraser's group approached aggressively again, Hannibal quickly regained his focus.

He was now filled with strength and confidence.

"Anyone not involved, get out of here, or don't blame my wind blades for being blind." Fraser shouted angrily at Dylan.

Ignoring Fraser, Dylan handed the Demon Sky Blade to Hannibal. "Brother, you have to resolve your own conflicts. This is as far as I can help you."

Dylan patted Hannibal's shoulder and then turned away, leading Kelly back.

Hannibal held the heavy Demon Sky Blade in his hand, feeling grateful.

Fraser's group, seeing Dylan hand the blade to Hannibal, burned with rage.

 Wasn't this obviously helping Hannibal?

Alright then! Once they were done with Hannibal, Fraser decided, he would deal with Dylan next.

"Hannibal, prepare to die!" Fraser decided to end it swiftly. He sent a wind blade directly towards Hannibal's face.

Hannibal smirked and swiftly dodged the attack.

Fraser and his group were surprised. How did Hannibal suddenly become stronger?

"Hmph, it's time to end this!" Hannibal sneered and suddenly accelerated. He pushed his speed to the limit, darting behind one of Fraser's men before they could react.

Raising the Demon Sky Blade, he swung it down without hesitation.

"Splurt!" The head rolled to the ground, shocking Fraser and his group. What speed! What a sharp blade!

Feeling nervous, they huddled together to confront Hannibal's attacks.

The students watching were stunned.

Hannibal, who had been on the defensive earlier, had suddenly become powerful after Dylan's intervention.

What was happening? Who was this guy?

Their curious gazes turned to Dylan, but he remained focused on Hannibal.

Taking advantage of his superior speed, Hannibal swiftly incapacitated four more of Fraser's men.

Now, only Hannibal and Fraser remained standing.

Fraser grew increasingly fearful.

He had exhausted himself using wind blades and realized he couldn't summon any more.

With his team gone, he knew failure was imminent.

He shot a resentful glance at Dylan.

It was all because of him.

Without Dylan's interference, Hannibal wouldn't have become so strong.

He suddenly appealed to the remaining students for help.

They were his only hope now.

But to his dismay, they remained indifferent, even the two surviving teachers stayed silent.

No one cared for Fraser's fate.

In their eyes, his death would only eliminate a formidable opponent.

Moreover, Dylan's group was formidable, and no one wanted to make enemies for others.

"You see? Now you know how bad your reputation is. Not a single person is willing to help you! You garbage, just die!"

Hannibal launched a fierce attack, overwhelming Fraser, who couldn't keep up.

Finally, Hannibal seized the opportunity, appearing behind Fraser.

He thrust the blade into his back, piercing through his chest.

Fraser looked down in disbelief at the blade protruding from his chest, coughing up blood.

He attempted to turn around but collapsed, lifeless.

Disgusted, Hannibal glanced at Fraser's corpse, pulled the Demon Sky Blade from his body, and wiped off the blood on his clothes.

Then, he approached Miranda with the blade in hand.

Miranda, having witnessed Fraser's demise, was terrified.

She sat down on the ground, trembling with fear, as Hannibal approached with the blade.

She never imagined Hannibal would become so powerful.

She deeply regretted her extreme actions. Now, there was no turning back.
