Chapter Fifty-Five

Jin had not seen Theo or Nes in a while. For the last few days, he was absorbed in the book. The book also covered what happened after Nes died in her second life. Jin was engrossed in it. It was like studying history; he loved history. Theo always said it was impossible for someone to willingly read history (if not needed for grade) and enjoy it. Jin had to disagree. History was the same as reading an epic novel; just much more realistic. It was more fun because it was the truth while a novel was an imagination. Jin was by no means saying a novel was bad. He simply enjoyed history more.

After Seth told him about the ending of Nes's second life, the book also covered that part. Nes said she remembered her second life the same day Theo came here. She basically told him the same thing as the book, but much more detailed. After all, the book was written by someone who was not Nes. Nes had led that life after all; she knew more.
