Letter: 32

I slowly entered the doorsteps of Eric's house. The house had been quiet and dark ever since Eric's dad died. He'd always asked me how was my day. I would ignore it or give a one word answer before hitting the hay. It always breaks my heart when I realize that he died not knowing that I was not his son.

I'd never know what a good father was. My father died in the arms of my mother when I was an infant. Before they died they pushed kids out of the proximity where a was gonna plane crash. They knew they were both gonna die, So they decided to save multiple children before.

I rubbed my eyes before I could even shed a tear. I went upstairs and crashed on my bed. After all the training and hard work that me and Lacy did I'm tired. Suddenly, the telephone started to ring.

I groaned and walked over to the living room and answered it. " Who is it? ", I groaned. " y'know its only-

" Hey Eric, meet me at the park tomorrow ! ", GothGoth said through the phone. GothGoth sounded like it was a urgent situation. " Fine, I'll meet you there. ", I groggled.

" Thanks. 3:00! ", She squeaked. GothGoth hung up the phone. I put the phone down and made my way upstairs again. Before I even got to the bed I fell to the ground asleep.

I looked up and I was in a school office. I could hear a voice in the distance. It sounded like a distorted male voice. A very familiar one.

" I have no idea what he could be doing in his spare time. His grades have gone to shit and he's been skipping classes. ", the voice said.

" He must have his own reasons! ", A familiar female voice said. " Maybe he is going through some personal issues, principal. ".

The man's voice seemed to get angrier. " What issues, Sarah? " the principal yelled. " I've been getting reports that Sammy has been jumping out of windows flying into the Manhattan sky! ".

The woman seemed to stun to speak. Sarah? That name sounds so familiar, But I dont know why. " Well..um " the woman gulped.

" Sammy will no longer be attending this school! ", the principal yelled. " He is expelled. ".

My heart sank at this information. I remember this day. It was May 2016, It was after I fought this big alien creature and got my legs broken. This was back when I could fly and before I bonded with the emerald. The principal was going to expel me. But my rich friend shut him up. I was so pissed at him for doing that for me. But in my heart I appreciated that.

And Sarah….

*BEEP!*

My alarm clock went off. I got up all groggy and my hair looking like the amazon rainforest as I went to change for school.

What a weird ass dream, I said to myself. It was another flashback dream. But the question is, why am I getting these so randomly.

Suddenly, I started to hear familiar jogging sounds outside. I peaked and It was Lacy running to school.

Maybe I should join her for a run
