As I stepped outisde, I could see Lacy was about a mile away. I ran up to her but she was even to fast for me. Which is not really a big feat in this body. Lacy seemed concentrated on something and didn't hear me when I yelled at her multiple times.

Eventually, Lacy slowed down a bit and took out her headphones. " Huh, " she muttered. " Oh its you Eric! ". Lacy give me a big smile as always and shook my hand. " You mind if I join you on your run? ", I asked Lacy. " It could be a great way to train for Fabio. ". Lacy seemed to be in thought for a second and responded. " Okay, if its for training. ".

We started to run out of the suburbs and into downtown. Not longer after we started running I was out of breath and sweating the great lakes. " C'mon Eric, keep it up! ", Lacy yelled in confidence. " I dont know if I could do this. ", I mumbled to myself.

My knees started to shake. Like I never had legs in the first place. I fell onto one knee. " No, c'mon Eric! ", I muttered to myself. " We can do this! ". I got up on my two legs and started to run the fastest I've ever ran in this stupid weak fragile body.

My breath startes to get heavier and louder. But despite that, I kept going until I was two ankles behind Lacy. " Aye, I knew you can so it Eric! ", Lacy congratulated.

When we finally got to school, I was all sweaty and moist. My hair was all sloppy and clothes were 50 shades darker. Lacy barely broke a sweat and even the sweat that she broke just ran down and glistened on her.

Lacy put on her sweater and beanie. " Well, thanks for joining me on my run, Eric! ", Lacy thanked. " Maybe tomorrow we can run again, But of course 10 times harder than today! ".

After Lacy left into the school building. As soon as she was put of sight. I collapsed on the ground. I sounded like a broken car engine the way I was breathing and begging for air.

" Bro you good? ", Joey asked in the distance. " You look like a corpse. ". Joey walked over to me and picked me up. " Ugh, you are wet! ", Joey said in disgust . " Did you go for a swim? ". Joey helped me to the bathroom to change my clothes. Luckily, I changed to my P.E clothes before I went on that run.

Even when I left the bathroom, I still collapsed on the ground.
