I don't share

The next morning, I woke up before Raven, feeling the warmth of her body beside me. Gently, I slipped out of bed, careful not to wake her. I made my way to the kitchen, determined to start the day off right.

I set about preparing breakfast, the sound of sizzling bacon filling the air as I cooked. I couldn't help but smile as I worked, thinking about the day ahead. Despite everything that had happened, I was grateful for moments like these, when it was just the two of us, together.

Once breakfast was ready, I plated it up and carried it back to the bedroom. Raven was still sleeping, her hair tousled and her face relaxed. She looked so peaceful, so beautiful, that I couldn't help but feel a surge of love for her.

Gently, I set the tray down on the bedside table, careful not to wake her. Then, I leaned over and pressed a soft kiss to her forehead, smiling as she stirred.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," I said, my voice soft.
