Ross leaned back in his chair, confused, as he watched Jett deflect every attack with ease. His face was twisted in frustration as he turned toward the others at the table. "Why did you say he was weak in the first place?" he asked, his tone sharp, though he didn't get a clear answer from anyone. The siblings exchanged awkward glances, clearly unsettled by what they were witnessing.
Lance shrugged, clearly unimpressed despite Jett's display. "I guess he's...decent," he said with a sigh, not seeming to care much.
Ross, visibly irritated by Lance's dismissive attitude, turned his attention to Dana. "Decent? Why did you refuse to invite him to the club in the first place, Dana?" His question was loaded, his eyes narrowing as he waited for an answer.
Dana's response came cold and clipped. "It's not important, and I'd like to keep it that way."
