Ari Igurashi is a gloomy loner who despise insects especially ants. he was bullied due to his relationship with a girl named Keiko. After arguing with her he stumbled upon an ant nest which he destroyed to relieve his stress however he was hit by a truck and killed then he woke up in a world in which is was now an ant.
