LURKING FEELINGS

Fay grabbed the toy car, and brought it to Ace.

"Please return Dream in the next one hour. She needs to take her bath. After that, you two can play until the sun goes down," she said as she handed the toy to him.

"Alright, will do that," he said.

"And your room. If you want it back, we could just return to ours," she said just before he could turn around, and leave.

"No, that's okay. I want you two to have it. I'll just continue sleeping in any of the other numerous rooms in the villa."

"Thank you."

She shut the door in his face, and walked over to her bed.

Eyeing her laptop which was just waiting for her to turn it on so she could work a little, she shook her head, and grabbed her phone instead.

Rising to her feet, and walking over to the window, she dialed her doctor.

"Hello Fay," she heard the calm voice of doctor Vera, and instantly felt at ease.
