Omniscience in Marvel 147

A/N: I am writing this in hopes that you all reading this have at least watched anime, read their novels/manga, read China Novels/Manhua, Korean Novels/Manhwa.

Now, I don't also know your respective religions that's why I'm also going to say that I'm a Christian, yet I am boldly writing this.

With the same perspective you used to read those novels, manga, manhua and manhwa, read the bible. From Genesis to Revelation. It's not a humongous thing, I did it during this period my phone was broken.

Read everything word for word. Don't skip the psalms and praises in Samuel, Psalms, Chronicles, Isaiah and the rest. Read it from the perspective of a reader, reading about a king praising a deity like the Golden Dragon that locks the LUCK of a nation on a respective land in those Chinese Stories.

Then use that perspective to read my FF. They're related.

-_-_-_

Leucadius and Thena were both immortal beings, unbound by the constraints of time that mortals faced. While humans were burdened with the looming shadow of death, the passage of centuries meant little to them.

It was for this very reason that the gods' ability to maintain unwavering devotion to a single individual over millennia was considered so remarkable.

Throughout history, tales of gods who indulged in affairs beyond their immortal partners were common. Often, these indiscretions coincided with significant world-changing events, as if their passions affected the mortal world.

[Later, browse about those Gods from GPT or something, I bet y'all will be lazy to do research the hard way.]

For Leucadius and Thena, sustaining a particular mood for half a century was second nature, a mere blink in their long existence. Decades of consistency were hardly worth mentioning. Leucadius, in particular, had honed his ability to shift into various roles with ease after centuries of practice.

He was God afterall.

The shift in their demeanor did not go unnoticed by the staff, many of whom had served for years and were not attuned to the current version of their master and mistress.

The days passed blissfully in the Hawthorne Mansion. An occurrence that could be deemed foreign from the perspective of those who truly understood the kind of family the Hawthorne Family was.

The Hawthorne Family trained their sole heir as one would train a crown prince of an Empire. From the moment the Heir could comprehend simple words, their education began and from the moment they could perform an independent physical movement, their physical training began.

In the ancient times, this was considered normal as they are born into an Elite Family.

In these times however, it was seen as an extreme practice.

However, like all empires, there were also ruling system that saw to it that power was diversified and traditions maintained.

To the old workers in the mansion, after their initial shock at the decorum and sense of discipline in the Mansion, they quickly got used to it, and with time, their initial pity towards the heir would turn into an unwavering sense of awe and respect.

It was just inevitable.

In a situation where they are subconsciously forced to compare their Young Master to the other children his age, it would be inevitable for them not to feel as such.

This added to the reason why the energy surrounding the entire Hawthorne mansion was drastically different from it's Usual one.

It was not an unwelcomed development though. Having to see their lord and lady act in this manner brought them joy.

And while Leucadius and Thena were spreading love wherever they went, the World continued unabated.

In a realm, dreary as far as the eye could see, Lucifer sat atop his grand throne, high in the tallest tower of Hell. The realm stretched out before him in a chaotic, shifting expanse of fire and brimstone.

Rivers of molten lava flowed between jagged mountains, and the screams of the damned echoed endlessly, filling the air with a dissonant chorus of agony.

The skies above were ashen and choked with clouds of sulfur, casting a sickly glow over the twisted landscape.

'The negative emotions of morrals.' Lucifer thought offhandedly. He could never get used to the scene. Hell, or the underworld as a whole was a dumping ground for all the negative aspects of the spiritual world.

As an angel, Lucifer understood that the spiritual affected the physical much more than most would like to believe, but It was the truth.

Although all mortal existence had the capability of good and evil, those two aspects were first spiritual before they were manifested into the physical world as actions.

He was already used to it and how it affected the inhabitants of his realm.

From his vantage point, Lucifer could see it all… the unfortunate inhabitants of his kingdom. A realm where there existed no rest for the weak, the endless battles between demonic factions, and the restless wailing of damned spirits.

Yet, none of it stirred him. His eyes, glowing faintly with the embers of his once-great rebellion as he lazily scanned the infernal wasteland, the Kingdom bestowed on him by his Father after his loss.

A deep sigh escaped his lips as he leaned forward slightly, resting his chin on his hand, his wings tucked lazily behind him.

"I'm bored of this," he muttered softly and glanced at the chaos below with disdain.

In the beginning, it was fun. There was a fun in watching the Demons indulging in their basest desires. It was not like this in Heaven. In Heaven, everyone lived according to God's law. Here however, they could fight until the strongest emerged only to have said strongest challenge him only to be put in their place.

Centuries of continuous victories had however made him see them as something less than even an amusement.

It wasn't even amusing any longer.

The light in his eyes dimmed further. "This endless repetition… it has grown tiresome, wouldn't you agree…Maze?"

In a dark corner of the Throne room, the grating sound of metal scraping eachother could be heard ever so softly. "What does it matter? It's not like there's something you've never tried. As long as we're in this accursed place, it'll be the same old events repeating over and over and over and-"

"Yeah I get your point," Lucifer interuppted her and slumped on his throne. "If only there was a way I could leave here."

"Yeah… if only those blasted chains would just come off…" Mazikeen with a huff as the sound of her heels hitting he ground resounded as she walked out of the darkness. "Possessing the body of the recently deceased humans isn't fun anylonger."

"An ability you'd likely lose upon leaving here." Lucifer scoffed at his favourite demoness. "That however is the least of my problem. I don't think I can stand this boredom anylonger."

Maze's expression fell as Lucifer slumped carelessly on his Throne causing her to chastise him. "Have a little bit of decorum, my Lord."

"Enough with that, what good would-." Lucifer began but suddenly stopped and stood up from his throne. "Come with me."

"To where, if I might ask?"

"Where else?" Lucifer shot her a glance over his shoulder as he smirked mischievously. "It seems father met his match for a moment." Saying that, he unfurled his wings and shot off into the sky at breakneck speed.

"And how does he expect me to keep up?" Maze whined and rolled her eyes before unfurling her wings to follow him, but while Lucifer's was angelic, hers was demonic in the very sense of the word.

Odin Borson had gone by many titles in his Prime.

High One. God of War. God of Runes. Spear Shaker. Father of Victory . Wise One. The Terrible and Lord of Hosts.

Although the last one was self proclaimed due to Jealousy towards a friend.

Speaking about friends, Odin boasted a superiority that not just anyone could be called a friend, Yet Odin had to acknowledge the fact that if there was anyone who could understand him, it was Leucadius, God of Heaven.

The All-Father didn't understand why…when he was out campaigning to have the Realms under his control, this friend of his was messing around with the Humans.

It would've been understandable if he was doing so from the perspective of a King, however, Leucadius was doing it by choosing only a select few.

Odin, despite his Wisdom could not fathom what was going on in his friend's head and chose to ignore it and look into his past. Maybe by doing so, he could understand his friend better.

Centuries passed and unfortunately, he came out blank. With his access to the Internet, he finally managed to get something. "So he has a son locked up somewhere in the underworld..? And I thought I was ruthless to Hela." Odin muttered as he read through the recent piece of information he just found about Leucadius.

However, with this revelation came an Interesting question. "When did this happen?"

But just as he was about to begin ruminating over the question, a telepathic link was sent over to him. "Why have you disturbed my peace?" Odin asked as he accepted it. It was Heimdall after all, his loyal gatekeeper.

"Pardon my folly my Lord." Heimdall began, and from his tone, Odin could feel his helplessness.

"Speak." Odin commanded.

"It seems the Forces of Heaven had been called upon." Heimdall reported and took a brief pause, but before he could continue, Odin interuppted.

"Had..?"

"Yes, My Lord. It was only for a moment, but it was a force unlike we've ever seen." Heimdall reported as his voice took an apologetic tone. "Unfortunately, seconds after the Gate of Heaven was opened, it was closed back."

"...Hmm." Odin hummed and cut off the connection. "Was Heaven under attack perhaps?" He thought aloud, but shook his head at the absurd thought. No pantheon other than the Olympus, Nirvana and Asgardian pantheons were strong enough to take on Heaven.

This could only mean one thing. "He was declaring war…" Odin concluded but another question arose. "Why'd he call it off?"

Unfortunately, Heaven was extremely secure from any form of spying whatsoever and he couldn't gain any information he wasn't supposed to get.

"This…"

Maze looked stunned as she swooped down and came to a stop behind Lucifer. In front of them was a humongous gate tightly shut and secured with fine Golden chains.

These were both made from Divinium, and like all Divinium, as long as Leucadius and Heaven shared a connection, they were indestructible.

At this moment however, looking at the shattered chains lying on the floor in front of Lucifer, Mazikeen was at a loss for words. "Is…God dead?"

To her question, Lucifer merely squinted his eyes and said. "Don't ask stupid questions." How could the all-powerful God be dead. This was someone who didn't even deign him the dignity of showing his face throughout his rebellion. He couldn't possibly be dead.

"Apologies." Maze quickly apologised before she then asked. "Does this imply what I think it implies?"

"If what you're implying is that we are leaving here…then yes…it does." Lucifer said and walked over to the gates of Hell placed his hands on either side before gathering all his strength to push.

Lucifer didn't know what was going on, but he was sure it wouldn't last. Perhaps his father met his match and was momentarily weakened. That was the only explanation he could come up with.

In that case, there was no time to waste.

He could only say a silent word of gratitude to whoever was able to force his father to that extent after so many Millennia.

Unlike the Angels cast down with him, he could manifest himself on Earth whenever he pleased, but there would be an enormous amount of energy to pay as a price since his main body was still in hell.

Demons could use their Energies to possess humans, dead or alive, animals, plant and objects. It all depended on the amount of energy they were capable of expending over a given period of time.

For Millennia he'd waited and waited for the moment His father's 'gaze' would leave Hell, and finally…"OPEN FOR ME!" Lucifer roared as he pushed the gates that had held him captive for so long.

(A/N: Gaze here is figurative. Just like Presence.)

The gate strained under the Force applied on it by Lucifer and slowly, but surely backed away with every step Lucifer took, and just as the gates were wide enough to allow him passage, he felt it.

The Might of God.

No.

It was the Might of Heaven.

He could tell, after all, at one point, he had stood at the opposing side of that Might.

And just as Lucifer was lost in thought, the Presence of God as well as the pressure of his Throne bore down on him from his point of contact on tje Gate, and before he could retract his hands, he was bounced off.

"My Lord!" Maze screamed and shot towards Lucifer who was sent flying. Upon reaching him, she found him buried under a delapidated building. "My Lord!?"

"Be quiet…" Lucifer whispered as his face contorted in pain. "That blasted old man!" He muttered under his breath as he stood up and tried to regain his bearing. "The gate?"

"Pardon?"

"The Gate…" Lucifer began but thought it unnecessary to ask Maze and narrowed his eyes towards the Gate's location. In Hell, he was nigh omnipotent. Looking and seeing clearly into the distance was a minor feat.

Seeing the condition of the, Lucifer's pained expression immediately morphed into one of joy. "HA…HAHAHAHA!"

"My Lord?" Maze called out to Lucifer as she thought worriedly. 'Surely, he hasn't run mad from the stress, has he?"

"Far from that my little demoness." Lucifer, in his excitement, replied to her inner thoughts and turned to her. "We're finally leaving this place. What'd you say? Would you be Interested in joining me on my father's playground?"

From the initial worried expression, Maze took on an expression of realisation before her face morphed into what one would call Demonic as she smiled excited. "Your wish is my command." She said as her tongue slithered out and licked the edges of the blades in her hands.

And so, on this very day, the Earth, for the First time since its creatiom, welcomed the True body of Lucifer, known as the Morningstar.
