On a small stage, Ichiya contorted into strange postures, leaving everyone speechless yet familiar with his quirky personality. They knew trying to dissuade him was futile, so they silently grumbled to themselves.
Ichiya began, "To the north lies the Vas Tree Sea forest. Ancient wizards sealed a powerful forbidden magic there known as Nirvana."
"Nirvana?" Everyone exchanged puzzled glances.
Erza spoke up, "I've never heard of such magic."
Gray nodded in agreement, "But if it's sealed away, it must be dangerous."
Lucy speculated, "Sounds like Deliora."
"In any case, it sounds bad." Natsu declared with determination, "Let's take down those villains!"
"Do you know about Nirvana?" Happy approached the aloof white cat, Carla, offering a fish. "Want some fish?"
"No thanks." Carla coldly shook her head, ignoring Happy.
"She's adorable when she's shy..." Happy's eyes sparkled with admiration.
"[He's beyond help.]" Lucy couldn't help but think to herself.
"Yes," Ichiya continued, "Even if we don't understand why Oración Seis seek Nirvana or their intentions with it, we know disaster will follow. Our goal is simple—"
Ichiya smiled, "Stop them!"
"We outnumber them two to one," Jura spoke solemnly, "But Oración Seis are formidable. We must proceed with extreme caution. I don't want anyone here failing to return to the guild."
"Do we have information on them?" Erza inquired.
"Only partial," Hibiki replied, "I use Archive Magic, a rare type of magic which allow me to search and share information through a mind link."
*Swish*
A picture appeared—a man with dark red hair accompanied by a purple venomous snake.
"This is Cobra," Hibiki explained, "He uses poison magic. Beware of poison in battle."
"He looks fierce," Sherry remarked.
"He's similar to Natsu," Gray added. "They both have those droopy eyes."
"What are you guys talking about?" Natsu started to get annoyed.
"Alright, alright," Lucy quickly intervened, pulling him back.
*Swoosh*
The second image appeared.
It depicted a man in tight attire, sporting goggles and yellow spiky hair resembling a rooster's comb. His most striking feature was his long, pointed nose.
Hibiki continued, "This is Racer, a wizard who specializes in Slow magic, as you can infer from his name and attire."
"He looks kinda irritating," Gray commented.
"I concur," Leo agreed.
*Swoosh*
The third image showed a stout man with a red beaded necklace, fluffy brown hair, and sharp facial features.
"Hoteye, he loves money above all else. For wealth, he'll do anything. He's incredibly formidable, having single-handedly decimated an entire army with his earth magic."
"He looks incredibly strong, much like Mr. Jura," Erza remarked.
"Indeed," Jura nodded.
He wielded earth magic focused on rock manipulation, a power that hardened and controlled the land.
*Shua*
The fourth picture featured a striking white-haired girl with short, blunt-cut bangs, dressed in revealing attire sans chest armor. A strand of hair on her head formed a circle, reminiscent of an angel's halo.
"Rumor has it she can peer into people's hearts—a wizard with troublesome magic, Angel."
"She seems formidable. Peering into hearts... I hope I never cross paths with her," Lucy said, sounding a bit apprehensive.
"Miss Lucy, perhaps fate will bring you together someday," Ichiya said with a smile.
"I hope not such a coincidence," Lucy replied.
*Shua*
The fifth picture depicted a man sleeping on a floating magic blanket, adorned in a shaman-like style with dark, heavy makeup, head bowed in slumber.
"Midnight, we lack any data on his strength, but he's likely very formidable. We can't afford to underestimate him."
"He's incredibly elusive and could pose a significant challenge."
"The fact that no one who's faced him has survived is quite chilling."
*Shua*
In the sixth image, a white-haired middle-aged man appeared, holding a wand adorned with human skulls and displaying mysterious tattoos across his body.
"There's no intel on their leader, Brian."
"Considering the strength of the other guilds, it's no surprise that a man capable of instilling fear in everyone could be at the level of the Ten Wizard Saints," Jura said gravely.
"Ten Wizard Saints," Gray murmured with a hint of awe. "What a formidable adversary."
"Why, scared, Gray?" Natsu teased.
"As if! I've faced Ten Wizard Saints opponents before," Gray retorted confidently.
The members of Fairy Tail exchanged looks and nodded in agreement.
Not long ago, they had triumphed over the Phantom Lord and Jose, a Wizard Saint. Even Anahita Town had witnessed their prowess, as they defeated an entire dark guild, comprising no less than S-class wizards.
Despite facing a seven-member assault, Fairy Tail, then boasting only two S-class wizards—Erza and Laxus—emerged victorious.
Though often criticized for their destruction and recklessness, Fairy Tail's strength was undeniable.
"That's why we can't afford to be careless. Each of them could single-handedly dismantle a guild," emphasized Hibiki.
"So—"
Hibiki's demeanor turned serious as he continued, "We must unite our strengths to defeat them with minimal casualties."
Everit, leaning against a pillar, adjusted his glasses thoughtfully.
Minimize casualties.
In the anime of my previous life, this phrase wasn't often repeated. Yet, in real wizard battles, death and disability were all too common.
Not every mission is a joke. When facing an enemy, it ends either with knocking them out or being knocked out yourself.
"Failure."
"Not just failure, but simply a moment of carelessness."
"You could die!"
So, everyone needs to be careful!
But he assured Wendy he was there to support, and he wasn't wrong. Oración Seis aren't that frightening. None possess magic powerful enough to target him. He can assist his friends throughout, injuries are inevitable, but there'll be no fatalities.
