A Note Engraved

"I have a feelings that the Empress won't be done with whatever she wants with Bertha. You should stay at an inn for the night, to be safe? I'll stay behind to make sure that witch dosen't do anything to Bertha. Rest assured, I won't allow anything to happen to her." Weltenschmerz laughed, but you could tell that he would abide by his word.

"Thanks, I owe you one." I could hear both Weltenschmerz and Leon depart, their footsteps fading into the distance. I rose to my feet, ready to make my escape, when a glimmer caught my eye. A piece of paper lay on the ground, its contents a mystery waiting to be unraveled.

"December 13, don't be late."

I put this in my pocket not making much of it. Leon, the guy Weltenschmerz was talking too earlier ago dropped this. It might be important, but how could I even give it back? He's gone. Little did I know, this piece of paper held a clue that would change everything on what I had discovered.

"And now, I must return home. I can't linger here, not while the Empress still poses a threat. I pressed on, my steps quickening as I navigated through the dense woods. Until I saw a similar figure, they were tall but timid. For some reason I knew they were introverted but they like to be loud when they were with their friends. I felt drawn to him.
