We're Flying To LA

The Next Day

Flashback

After recovering from her shock when she heard Eros clearing his throat, she looked at him.

“Hi, Ma! Can I come in?” Eros asked.

“Umm, no need for that. We can sit here on the porch,” she said, pointing to the hammock chairs on the porch. Eros walked toward them and sat as Nora sat in front of him in the other chair.

“I’m curious to know what brought you here, knowing fully well that your last visit wasn’t the best memory,” Nora inquired, observing him closely.

“Yeah,” he said, as memories of the past resurfaced. “It wasn’t the best memory. Ma, I really need your help, and I need to know the truth. I decided to come back to where it all started.” He explained, exhaling heavily. Nora didn’t say a word but stared at him, waiting for him to continue. She knew exactly where the conversation was headed. She had warned Elsa, but the child hadn’t heeded her advice.
