New Rika

"Ramon, let's go gambling again!" Invited someone via text message.

The message annoyed Rika, who was not far from Ramon's cell phone.

"Wow, there are still people who invite Ramon to play gambling!" Rika thought as she read the message.

Rika, who did not want to be outsmarted by her husband, checked the message's sender and immediately blocked it.

Incidentally, several numbers did invite Ramon to play gambling again.

"Good thing I blocked these people!" Rika whispered in annoyance.

Soon, Rika returned Ramon's cell phone to its original place, and he fought like nothing had happened.

"Rika, come here!" Ramon shouted from inside the room. Rika immediately got up from her seat and didn't want her husband to be suspicious of her actions.

"I'm coming!" Rika said, spoiled.

Ramon's changed attitude turned out to make Nanda, Ramon's sister, feel uncomfortable. Her brother used to be a Bengal, lazy, and very bad, but I don't know if he has changed since meeting Rika.

Unhappy with this change in Ramon's attitude, Nanda tried to return her brother to his original state; she attempted to ask Sopiah, Ramon's assistant.

"Heh, you feel like Ramon is getting better, don't you?"

"Yes, I do, ma'am!"

"How did Rika change Ramon so quickly?"

While Nanda and Sopiah were busy talking about Ramon, Anita, Ramon's mother, suddenly came over.

"What do you want?" Said Anita, who suddenly appeared behind the kitchen door of Ramon's house.

"Mom, I'm just asking Sopiah, don't take this the wrong way!" Nanda said defensively.

Mom then asks her daughter not to disturb Ramon and Rika; now they are both busy with all the plans for their household's future; it is not easy for Rika to make Ramon like this, so everyone at home must support them.

"I support them, Mom. Ramon's happiness is my happiness, too!" Nanda continued as she poured hot tea into the antique cup before her.

Happy that her daughter understood what she meant, Mom put in some of her luggage, as Anita had come to Ramon's house today to give them a wedding gift.

She had bought a set of fancy cutlery, which seemed to be an obligatory gift for a newly married couple.

Sophia, who saw Nyoya Anita coming with a lot of luggage, offered to help carry all the gifts; there were about eight large boxes.

"These must be special gifts!" Sophia exclaimed.

"Later, if you, Mr. Ramon, wake up and tell him it's all from me!" Sopiah answered Anita's order with a nod.

Hearing the commotion in the kitchen, curious Rika headed to the kitchen. She was delighted to see her mother-in-law coming in with things she'd never seen before.

"Eh, Mrs. Rika, you're awake!" Anita teased her daughter-in-law.

Rika smiled at her mother-in-law and then asked Sopiah to leave them alone.

Sophia was suspicious as to why Rika, who usually never worries about her presence, would suddenly ask her to leave, but she complied not to anger Mrs. Anita.

After seeing Sopiah leave, Rika whispered to her mother-in-law about Ramon's friends, who were still contacting him to invite him to play gambling.

"They know that my son is easy to fool, that's why they never stop calling Ramon!" Anita whispered irritably.

"Yes, mom. I understand. That's why I blocked those numbers from your cell phone, Ramon."

Anita then looked at Rika with sadness; she knew it wasn't easy being in Rika's position right now.

But she also had no idea how to get her favorite son away from the gambling tables.

"Mmmmm, I hope you can overcome your husband's mischief, Rika!" Anita whispered with a very angry heart.

Anita was afraid of this happening again, back when Backon was still with his ex-wife; they often fought not because of their problems but because of the outsiders who always teased Ramon.

Anita then advised Rika that if Ramon was acting up again in the future, she should not be afraid to report it to her mother-in-law.

"I hope he doesn't go back to that horrible game, Mom!" Rika said hopefully.

Tired of the endless problems, Anita then invited Rika to open the gifts she had brought. The eight large boxes contained all the expensive dining furniture that Anita had deliberately prepared, which made Rika very happy.

One by one, the gifts were opened, and Rika began to put them into a cupboard not far from where she was standing. Rika repeatedly thanked her mother-in-law, feeling that Anita's affection was no different from that of her children.

"I know you like to eat a lot, that's why you should have a good plate so that you can eat more because after this you have to take care of yourself and my future grandson!" Anita said, making Rika even happier.

Rika often forgot that in her womb was now her future baby with Ramon, ready to fill her days and make the luxurious and magnificent house more colorful and triumphant, just like her grandfather's name.

In Ramon's room.

Ramon woke up and hurriedly picked up the cell phone from his bed; he then checked the messages that might have entered his cell phone.

Soon, he realized that Rika had just opened his cell phone, and several messages appeared to have been deleted by Rika.

At first, Ramon was very upset; he never allowed anyone to open his cell phone. But when he found out that the names his wife had blocked were those of his gambling friends, he smiled.

"Yes, Rika really understands what I should be doing and I should be happy about this!" Ramon whispered as he closed his cell phone again.

Nanda, who happened to overhear what her brother was saying, came into the room and started heating Ramon again.

"Sis, why are you like that now!"

"What am I like?" Ramon asked while putting away his cell phone.

"You are now a husband afraid of his wife!" Nanda shouted, making Ramon upset again.

"What do you mean?" Ramon shouted, not accepting his sister's words.

"If you weren't afraid, Rika. You must be angry at your wife for deliberately opening your cell phone, but you're silent!" Nanda exclaimed, feeling Ramon's pride being trampled on by Rika.

"You're a stupid man," Nanda added.
