From Fairytales

Vershia held its breath when the vehicle carrying Princess Lucia June Handhoff drove past. Her veil covered her face, but you could just see her smile as she alternated between talking to her father, the King of Rhodes, and waving at the crowd gathered on either side of the road.

This woman would be their crown princess and, eventually, she would be their queen. They loved her already. They had seen her grace and kindness. They had seen her resilience and her beauty. They had also seen the way their prince lit up in her presence. They saw the way she made him smile. She made him happy, and that was all that mattered to them.

She was a princess of Rhodes now, and she would be the princess of Vershia when she married their prince. Vershia would accept her with open arms. It was not hard to love her.
