Daeho

Lately, Daeho had been having terrible nightmares.

In those dreams, he joined BOI but failed to enter Phase 2. The show was less than a fifth of its popularity in the real world, so when he was eliminated, very few people remembered who he was. On the internet, those very few mentions of his name rarely talked about his stage performances as their impression of him was limited to his good looks and deep voice, which could reach mid-high notes.

A mid-level company recruited and made him the lead vocalist of their new boy group. Yet the debut, which happened 8 months after BOI, was met with a lackluster response from the K-pop community. The difference between the popularity and sales of his group and the one that won BOI was as vast as the distance between heaven and earth.

As a trainee who was in his early twenties, an age quite late for debuting, was that all the Daeho in the dreams amounted to?

'Nugu?'
