Hina slowly began to regain consciousness. As she moved to sit up, she couldn't believe what she was looking at. She saw one of the miners suspended in the air by a strange creature with long tentacles. The creature was sucking the energy from him, and his skin turned green. Hina was shocked and began to scream, the others miners who were still on the ground slowly began to gain consciousness.
Suddenly, some of the other miners woke up with terror in their hearts. They fled for their lives, but Sir Fredrick woke up and saw the huge creature before him. They all knew they were going to die. The cave had no way out, and they were trapped. The only light came from the glowing crystals which were the only source of visibility.
---
Hina, on the other hand, was too drained to use her powers anymore, so she was just like the rest of them. The creature was extremely fast, and some of the miners were still unlucky as they were instantly killed by the fast-moving tentacles.
"It's her fault, it's all her fault, we are all going to die here," one of them screamed when he saw Hina, seeing the horror in front of him. They were all buried many feet below the ground, so there was certainly no way to make it out alive.
All the miners were still running around the place, trying to escape the creature, while some committed suicide by stabbing themselves in the neck.
Hina looked around, feeling guilty for what was currently happening. She didn't move, and the same thing with her father. They just sat and watched the events unfold.
---
"Hina, listen to me. I know you would make it out of here alive, so just hear me out. You have a sister, an elder sister. Her name is Zora. She left us to go to Galaxia with your mother. I know she is still alive, so I want you to tell her I am sorry. Zora will believe me this time since it came from you. Please find your sister and then help her, please," Sir Fredrick said, looking directly at Hina with his eyes filled with fear and regret, but her father found hope in her.
"No, there is something I can do about this, just hang on," Hina said as her voice was shaking. She tried using her powers, but the pink light she tried to produce would fade out. She was crying, seeing her father who she thought was so mean being there with her. She held herself guilty for what was happening, and she felt she would die there as well.
---
Just as she was looking at her dad smiling at her, his head was brushed off his body, and his blood splashed on her face and body. She sat on the ground, frozen, seeing her headless dad now in front of her. She didn't want to believe what had happened, but it had happened. Her eyes were full of rage and anger.
"You finally tapped into this part of yourself, now feel true power," someone said in front of her. She knelt down in front of the person, but she couldn't see the face; everything was pink around her. She didn't really pay attention to what was happening to her, she just wanted to act.
Just as one of the creature's tentacles was speedily closing in on her, the tentacles fell off, sliced like something had cut them, it happened due to the power of her rage.
---
Hina, who was still kneeling on the ground, quickly lifted her head. Her eyes were now glowing pink, and a huge pair of eagle wings sprouted from her back. She gave a loud scream, and suddenly, with an incredible speed, she met the creature with a hard punch that shook the entire cave. Each punch she gave sent shockwaves around, causing the cave to shake violently.
She was in a complete rage as she constantly punched the creature with her hands enveloped in a pink aura. The creature tried to attack her, but she removed all of its tentacles clean. She moved from one end of the cave to another, moving so fast that the creature couldn't keep up.
The cave began to collapse from the sheer force of their fight, and the creature tried to use its tentacles to push her to the ground. But she remained at the top of the fighting, with an unmatched strength and fury.
---
Hina then created a solid pink matter that held the creature at the top of the cave. She matched the ground, getting ready to jump towards the creature. With great force, she took off with supersonic speed towards the creature above her, leaving the ground utterly destroyed. As she met the creature at the top, she took it with such speed that it began to tear the ground from beneath, going all the way to the surface. Her eyes were still glowing pink, and the same with her Izigian markings all around her body.
After a while, Hina used the creature and burst through the ground, appearing at the surface. This created a mild explosion due to the excess cosmic energy she emitted. The creature was already dead, its dark orange skin torn apart and slowly beginning to shrink. Hina fell to the ground, her glowing eyes and Izigian markings fading.
---
She laid flat on the ground, trying to figure out what had just happened. "What was that? I knew I was beating that thing, but at the same time, I felt I wasn't the one in control of my body. Wait, I remember, I did hear a voice, someone's voice. It sounded like a female. What's going on?" Hina asked as she slowly went unconscious.
