Unable to shake it off, she couldn't stand him, but she hated her own inability to resist as she lost herself in his passionate kisses.

After a moment's thought, Scarlett closed the door and went to the closet, opening its doors. Most of the clothes sent to her were dresses, many of them of the revealing, seductive type that she wouldn't dare to wear. The dress she had on now was modest and simple, yet she still felt uneasy; the hem of a dress seemed like the start of something sinister to her. She felt it was better to dress conservatively, to avoid certain things she couldn't psychologically accept. She found a few pairs of pants and put them on, wearing a long-sleeved shirt on top before gracefully descending the stairs.

While cooking, Asher opened the fridge and noticed there were still plenty of vegetables that she had cut before leaving. Furrowing his brow, he asked, "Why are there still so many leftovers? Didn't you eat?"
