Chapter 56: Henry

In one of the classrooms located on the second floor, in the unknown space within the library, four people were searching for the Time Magic Box.

On the same day, and at the same hour, as that for Elias.

There was, however, a great difference in their intentions. Instead of noble scholars and wise sages, there stood practitioners of the forbidden arts: dark magicians who had abandoned their kindness, and rogue sorcerers who had forsaken their covens to pursue dark power.

The young magician had been brainwashed by the leader of the dark magician. They believed that they should rule the world.

Four of them were searching in the classroom for the time magic box. They saw it in a classroom just like Tom did.

"Faster. Search the classroom." the leading dark magician, Henry said. He was wearing a mask, a long sleeve shirt, and black color jeans.

He had been waiting for this moment for hours. It took luck for them to teleport to this school.

Hearing the order, the other three dark magicians started to search around. Henry was the son of the leader of the dark magician, a powerful dark magician himself.

None of them had ever seen him lose in a fight with people of similar age. He was a genius in dark magic.

So, most of the young dark magicians respected Henry. They were willing to follow his lead.

...

At the same time, Elias was entering the 3B classroom.

As he stepped into the classroom, he couldn't help but notice the time magic box in the corner. The time magic box shone with bright light, floating in the air.

"Finally found you." Elias muttered. He took a quick glance at the time on his phone and then darted toward the time magic box. He wanted to take it in his hand because 10 minutes was almost up. He would be teleported soon.

Elias took the time magic and looked at it with a mix of awe and trepidation. The ancient tome, bound in cracked leather and inscribed with runes that seemed to shift and shimmer in the dim light, was heavier than he had anticipated.

This was the third time he saw this time magic box. The first time was in his previous life. The second time was at Jasper's accident. And this was the third time.

Elias was holding it in his hand., holding it felt like holding centuries of knowledge and secrets. He was wondering what is the secret of this box.

Just as he was musing about the time magic box, Henry entered the room, followed by the three dark magicians.

Henry grinned with eyes as cold as ice and a sinister grin, raised his hands

"8 stars dark sun"

The ground beneath him seemed to tremble as dark tendrils of energy coiled around him, feeding off his malevolent intent.

"8 stars inferno maelstrom" Next instant, Elias responded with a swift, decisive movement, casting a 8 star fire magic, creating a flame vortex that hit with the dark magic.

*boooommmm

The intense heat of his power clashed with the chilling darkness of Henry's magic, creating a mesmerizing, chaotic spectacle of light and shadow.

The two forces collided with a thunderous roar, sending shockwaves

"Fire magician huh?" Henry eyes widened. He was surprised that he met a fire magician here. At first, he thought Elias was a normal person who didn't know magic.

Henry squinted his eyes and focused on his dark magic. There were coldness and craziness in his eyes.

Henry's dark magic surged, seeking to envelop and suffocate the fiery brilliance of Elias's power.

But Elias stood firm, his flames roaring defiantly against the encroaching darkness.

For a moment, it seemed the battle was evenly matched. But Henry's dark magic, fueled by his ruthless ambition and years of practice in the dark arts, began to overpower Elias.

The shadows crept closer, smothering the flames bit by bit. Henry's sinister grin widened as he sensed victory within his grasp.

"Shit, why is his 8 stars more powerful than mine? " Elias mumbered.

Elias gritted his teeth, gathering all his magic control and pouring it into the fire magic.

He took a deep breath and focused on his fire magic. Yet, despite his best efforts, Henry's power continued to overwhelm him.

As the shadows tightened their grip, Henry raised his hand, a dark blade of energy forming in his palm.

"This ends now, bye bye," he sneered, his voice dripping with malice.

The dark magic penetrated Elias's fire magic.

Just as the dark magic was about to pierce his chest, a blinding light enveloped Elias. The world around him seemed to blur and twist, and before Henry could react, Elias vanished.

The dark magic sliced through empty air, and Henry staggered forward, his triumphant expression turning to one of shock and frustration.

Elias found himself disoriented, his surroundings entirely different from before.

Elias was teleported. He was in a sanctuary of light, a place of safety and warmth.

As he gathered his senses, he realized he had been teleported to a waterfall.

"Phew, that was close," Elias muttered.

Breathing heavily, he looked around, grateful for the unexpected rescue.

He was at a rainbow waterfall. There were many lights floating in the air.
