Arette had no qualms introducing Dominic to a bunch of random people she only attended lectures with, but the main issue was public rage.

Eighty per cent of the students at Evermore were females, and ninety-five per cent of those female students had a crush on Dominic Ferrari as he was the ideal man for every woman.

He was rich and smart, kind, good-looking, and all sorts, and this made him the 'to-die-for' man amongst the female students. The wealthy kids would often brag about how their parents or uncles had connection with Dominic and how they might go on a blind date with marriage in mind with him.
