Her tears were like poetry to him, and every inch of him loved it when she gaze up at him in fear.

Arette was just a normal college student until she stumbled upon Dominic Ferrari, a businessman known for his philanthropy but hiding a far darker side.

As the man dragged Arette back to Dominic's bedroom, she felt the last of her hope slipping away, replaced by a cold, crushing despair.

The bedroom door swung open, and she was shoved inside before the guard slammed the door shut behind her. Arette saw Dominic standing in the center of the room, his eyes blazing with fury.

"It's cute that you think you can get away from me, but listen here, Arette. My patience is running thin," he growled, his voice filled with venom.

Arette shrank back, her eyes filling with tears as she spoke. "I'm sorry," she sobbed, her voice trembling with fear. "I'm sorry."

Dominic's expression hardened, his eyes fixed on Arette as he walked toward her.

"If you so much as think about leaving me, Arette," he growled, his voice low and dangerous, "I'll destroy everything you love. And then I'll destroy you. I don't care if I lose myself in the process."
