Hi Kim

Bruno's Point of View

I stared silently at Kim as she scooped the food slowly into her mouth. We had been in silence after that hug, but this time it was a comfortable silence. She was weak, and it was obvious, but she was trying to make it seem otherwise, but I could see way past her pretense.

She coughed a bit at one massive bite and I hurriedly uncorked the water and held it for her to drink. When she took two big gulps, she resisted, and I took the bottle away from her face. She smiled in appreciation, "I might've bitten more than I could chew."

I smiled cheekily, "I see what you did there." She might not be recovering as fast as we all expected her to, it's nice seeing her get her shine back. But bit by bit.
