Thalira house

After the end of classes, I was gathering my things, ready to head back to my dorm, when Thalira approached me. She was always so distant and cold, so her sudden interest was surprising.

"Eileen," she called out, her voice as indifferent as ever. "Why weren't you here yesterday?"

I blinked, taken aback by her directness. "I was sick," I replied, my voice hesitant.

Thalira stared at me for a moment, her expression unreadable. "Come to my house. My mom is a nurse."

I shook my head quickly. "No, really, I feel much better now. There's no need—"

Before I could finish my sentence, Thalira reached out and took my hand. Her grip was firm, and despite my protests, she began leading me away.

"Hey, wait! I said I'm fine!" I exclaimed, trying to pull back. But Thalira's grip was like iron, and I was too weak to resist. "Seriously, Thalira, I appreciate it, but—"
