A dragon

As I continued my trek through the rocky landscape, my stomach's grumbling grew louder, each rumble feeling like a small earthquake in my belly. The hunger was becoming unbearable, and the echo of my empty stomach seemed to reverberate through the entire area. I was sure that if anyone else was around, they could hear it too.

"Alright, I need to find some food," I muttered to myself, clutching my midsection. "Anything will do at this point."

The rocky terrain didn't offer much in terms of vegetation or water sources, so I decided to look for any signs of wildlife. Surely, there had to be something out here. I scanned the ground and the horizon, hoping to spot any movement.

After what felt like an eternity of walking and searching, I finally caught sight of something in the distance. A small group of rabbit-like creatures was nibbling on sparse patches of grass near a cluster of boulders. They were about the size of a small dog, with long ears and twitchy noses.
