As I came out of the Guild, I saw Ais leaning against the wall of the Guild just blankly staring off into the crowd of people walking in and out of the Guild with our eyes meeting as I exited the building.

"You, done with the Guild?" She asked tilting her head to the side in curiosity and I nodded in response. "Ok. Let's go." She simply spoke as she bounced off the wall of the guild and we both began walking towards the western wall of Orario which was in the direction of my tower anyway.

But with night having firmly fallen over Orario I could tell Ais was especially tense.

"Ais, do you sense people or something? You are acting weird." I asked feeling like I should just say screw this and teleport back home to the safety of my bed. Hell, I could literally just teleport Ais home with me and we could just spar there in the wide-open area in the sides between the shop and the tower wall.

"Hmm." She grunted being completely unhelpful as she slowly unsheathed her sword, and I realized something. The previously crowded Orario street was completely empty. Which isn't supposed to happen on the main streets at all on the main streets. Its why they are considered to be safe zones nowadays.

With a flash my helmet popped back onto my head as I had only been wearing my chest plate and leggings and then I was armed with my two Space Guns as I looked down the alley directly to the side of us as the sounds of someone loudly whistling reached us.

Then from around the corner came a woman I could only call a fucking tweaker... She had electrified looking spiky salmon pink hair and yellow eyes that only exemplified the insane grin she was wearing.

"Valletta Grede... You were supposed to have died during the Nightmare all those years ago." Ais spoke as she leveled the sword in front of her.

But not only was there a person that Ais obviously respected as an opponent but on the roofs of all the nearby buildings were people wearing white robes that covered all their features except for their hands and leaving a slit so they could see.

"Jake those are Evilus members. They are enemies of Orario so don't worry about killing them... And they are all almost all super weak." Ais added on dully making the salmon haired psychopath walking us scowl and lose her insane smile.

"Hey, you blond little bitch. Only I get to call my dregs, wastes of space that should have ran down their mothers' legs Haha!" She cackled before her laughter abruptly died and she looked away from Ais with zero care and looked to me.

"Go ahead little Jakie... Teleport home we have setup bombs everywhere in the nearby homes, so everyone is going to go Boom!" She yelled out and just to prove it she snapped her fingers and a building down the road violently exploded sending shrapnel and wooden beams everywhere and I could faintly hear screams in the distance.

Before the bitch could say anything else or even make demands of me, my hands snapped up with the Space Guns aiming at her and they glowed red as they began shooting a cascade of red laser bolts that the level five had to dodge screaming as one of them pierced through her arm as she wasn't a boss monster with dozens of meters thick flesh.

She was a puny human and even with a Falna, a high-powered magical laser bolt on bare flesh would face little to no resistance.

"I have her. She is a level five. You deal with the trash." Ais said as she spun around me and cut dozens of almost invisible metal wires that were about to incircle me.

"Ais Wallenstein! You Loki fucks have always pissed me off so much! I am going to enjoy scalping your pretty blond hair off and using it as a wig!" She screeched as she swung a horrific looking sword at Ais that glowed with malefic purple light.

I took Ais's advice and left the insane level five to her as their high-speed sword duel stretched on with dozens of blows seemingly ringing out every moment as I reaped the lives of all the evilus members who most certainly coudnt dodge my space guns laser bolts.

Each laser bolt punched a fist sized cauterized hole in the chest or stomach of each Evilus member that dashed at me with nets, weighted ropes, or any number of capture devices.

"Jake, we have hundreds of members here! Come on let out a monster rex to save you Haha!" That pink haired girl cackled as with a grunt she managed to throw Ais backwards in an overextending blow.

But the obviously cursed sword kept Ais from trying to capitalize on the overextension as with a snarl I just grabbed the face of a Evilus member who jumped on my back and his screams as my Meteoric armor burned his body filled me a dull satisfaction as this was getting ridiculous.

It was obvious that they were trying to capture me as not a single member had attacked with weapons more deadly than a simple Billy club equivalent.

The only reason I hadn't just teleported back home was I did have some worry about those Evilus bombs in the neighborhood as that would weigh on my consciousness. As I knew damned well that, that woman would without a doubt blow up all those bombs just to spite me.

"Get fucked you salmon haired cunt. I bet you smell worse than your fish-colored hair would point to." I snarled and her insane smile deepened as she began chanting a few lines as I went back to killing the dregs.

"Shaldora!" She finally yelled at the end of her chant, and I staggered as I felt my falna literally all but shut off as I lost all my physical attributes. "Yeah, Jake how's that feel!? I cut off your Falna with that spell of mine Haha! Now surrender or we will break you in painfully rather than nicely."

Before I could freak out Ais spoke again as she stood up from the collapsed building she was thrown into. "She can only remove a single level of stats. With you being level one, it feels like you lost your Falna but you haven't." Ais explained for a moment I frowned at the thought before I shook my head, and I threw the Teardrop Cleaver at her feet.

"Use that... I will be fine." I said as I sighed and, in a flash, I switched out of my Meteor armor and switched into Platinum armor that almost shined with its polished metal and then I pulled out the massive Blade of Grass.

"If any of you value your lives run away." I said dully to the group of white cloaked people that advanced on me and I couldn't help but sighing as I swung the sword in front of me and then with it being a magical sword the large green sword sent a wave of green thorns that stabbed into the people who screamed literally turning purple as the poison within the magical bolt quickly began melting their very flesh from their bones as I hefted the literally largest sword in Terraria and swung it again in a wave sending another wave of green thorns that slaughtered the Evilus members.

"I am not some little mage you can bully!" I yelled as I cut through a net someone threw at me from atop one of the nearby building roofs but in response for whatever reason the person who threw the net at me seemingly committed suicide by jumping off the building and landed directly on his neck?

The sight actually made me pause and snarl as the Evilus members to advantage of my distraction to jump me but with my maxed-out armor rating I literally just popped a couple grenades as they dog piled me and in a couple seconds, I felt a flash of heat wash over me as my armor rating protected me from the sound and effects of the grenades going off almost next to me.

"Halt in the name of the Freya Familia!" I heard a woman yell and then Valletta snarled as she clapped her hands three times in succession and a titantic explosion took over my senses as she wasn't lying. Literally every single house on the street were on, and seemingly there were even bombs buried under the main road itself that announced its fury to the world creating pillars of flames as the magical bombs blew up.

"Watch yourself Jake I got your number Haha!" She cackled before screaming as her right arm literally disappeared off her body and a sword stabbed into the ground behind her.

"You talk too much." A deep voice rang out and I felt the Kings presence before he even stepped out of the alleyway at a sedate pace uncaring of the flames that danced across the collapsed buildings nearby that licked his body as he strode toward the woman. "Valletta Grede, you are a hunter of the weak and delights in the suffering of others merely for personal joy... You are weak, so die in the name of Lady Freya." Ottar spoke but then swiped his other hooked sword through the air as an exploding arrow filled with obviously toxic gases exploded when struck filling the air with purple fumes.

But with the exploding arrow distracting Ottar, that woman managed to jump into an open sewer or something that her bombs opened to the air.

"Jake teleport home and take an antidote. This is condensed purple moth dust. Nothing lethal for us but it can mess with your lungs as you don't have the abnormal resistance skill... Actually, take Heath Velvet with you. Freya won't want you to get sick." Ottar said as he pushed the red-haired girl that was right behind him against me as I took out my magic mirror in agreement in heading home as honestly my lungs honestly were starting to hurt even with my Falna coming back online from whatever bullshit spell Valletta used.

"Ottar wait I-" Heath began but the Boaz turned his hard eyes on her and feeling her quiver beside me I just rolled my eyes and took a deep breath to teleport back home but coughed at the act. My lungs were now beginning to legitimately begin to burn under the poison's effects, so I quickly teleported home not giving a damn about the red-haired woman in some kind of nurse fetish outfit that I took with me.

I kinda pushed Heath away after I got my feet back under me as I teleported back home and began stumbling towards the voices of Bell and the others in the shop.

"I need antidote, I got poisoned!" I coughed hacking up some phlegm as my lungs tried to isolate the toxic crap to no avail and hearing my demand Bell froze for a split second before sprinting off to her adventurer bag as I cursed myself for not making a Bezoar, so I didn't ever have to worry about poison.

But with my Meteor armor I never had to worry about the dungeon-based poisons as the armor would burn away any harmful chemicals but my Platinum Armor set although more defensive didn't protect me in that way.

"Here Jake!" Bell yelled about to push the antidote into my hands as she rushed back over to me but Heath Velvet who herself managed to make her way through the house stopped Bell from giving me the antidote.

"Wait he needs both a different dosage and a stronger antidote to begin with, due to the Purple Moth's toxic dust being concentrated." Heath said pushing Bell to the side as I grimaced at the feeling of my lung screaming in agony.

Heath then reached behind her back and pulled a bag/box that was embossed with a cross across its front and a number of vials poked out from the sides of the container that were marked with several little notes.

"Here." Heath said pushing a vial with darker purple fluid within it then the one Bell tried to give me, so I wordlessly just chugged down the contents despite how revolting it tasted, as I knew that I didn't have the time to make my own Bezoar as the stone needed to soak in an antidote for three hours before it would properly become a Terraria Bezoar that would nullify almost all poisons and toxins that touched me.

"Relax Jake, Purple Moth dust is easily cured despite it wreaking havoc on people's lungs. That arrow must have been the next step in trying to capture you but with Ais Wallenstein there they didn't dare use it at the start because of how she was too close to you. As she would just use her wind magic to throw it back at the Evilus members." Heath said wryly as I felt the antidote get to work clearing out my lungs of the purple moth crap.

Now as for why I trusted Heath Velvet with her antidote... Well for one I knew her appearance from the posters and frankly everyone knew the crimson haired witch of Freya. She was literally capable of healing people who just got decapitated or got their heart eviscerated in battle if she was on the site and instantly began chanting at the wounded person.

And she was considered the second-best mortal healer in Orario despite being capable of tearing people away from the clutches of death with her powerful magic. So, I knew for a fact with how Freya was likely interested in me and Bell that she wouldn't have Heath try to poison or kill me.

"Take a deep breath for me Jake." Heath asked me and I felt her give me a hug as she pushed the side of her head into my back after I made my chest plate disappear. "Alright good. The Purple Moth concentration wasn't high enough to melt your lungs... That means they either went light on the concentration or Evilus has a masterful potion maker." Heath seemed to speak to herself as she moved away from me.

"Thanks for the antidote. How much do I owe you." I said wanting to pay her back for the obviously expensive antidote that worked so well on me.

"Oh, don't worry I am a medical professional! I cannot charge you for stuff used outside the dungeon in an emergency." Heath said waving off my question as a flash of fear flew through her eyes and I imagined how Freya would react to her charging me through the nose for the stupidly expensive antidotes and potions that were so prevalent here in Orario.

I nodded before I sat down in the shops couch and just tried to catch my breath relaxing as my goddess finally walked over to me and gently lifted my head to look into my eyes.

Seshat's golden slit eyes looked into my blue ones before she hummed and looked away from me to Heath. "You, healer girl bearing the brand of Freya, did Jake bring glory to himself dealing with the filth that attacked him?" She asked calmly.

"Yes, Lady Seshat he fought well." Heath responded refusing to meet my goddess's eyes and her figure even further sank in of itself as Seshat followed up.

"I can see the karma of the souls he sent up to Tenkai... Why do you have none at all? Did you and Freya's men just sit back and watch Jake fight?" She asked with no emotions in her tone simply speaking flatly.

"I... Yes, Lady Freya ordered myself and Ottar not to intercede until Jake had thoroughly blooded himself on the Evilus members." She said looking to the ground as Seshat hummed in thought.

Finally, Seshat grinned, and her soft mocha colored finger tilted up the chin of the red-haired beauty. "And I thank you for that little girl. Your little game has pushed my Jake... Yes, you broken little girl I can see your mangled soul, Jake is mine and not going to be Freya's newest little baked addict to her charm." Seshat shook her head of any irritation as Heath's eyes flashed with the typically maniacal fanaticism for Freya that disgusted her.

"Anyway, thanks for help pushing my Jake to his level up that I shall grace him with... Hell with that poison dose he got, he probably will get a powerful anti-toxin skill... So, you just sit down next to Hestia while I take Jake to level up." Seshat said pushing Heath down onto the couch beside me as she gave me a wink as I stood up beside.

When we went into the next room before I could even scold her for being a bitch or something she coughed to cut me off. "Jake when I called her soul mangled, I wasn't lying. Her soul once a swirling red with slightly holy white light's coming through her cloud shaped soul has become a twisted rope of the same colors yet also tainted and self-perpetrating with Freya's charm... Literally she is so weak willed to Freya's charm that her soul is literally recreating the same sensation of being under her gaze so she can always feel her."

"Thus, such a girl needs to be kept on a tight leash. It's no secret or coincidence they helped you with whatever happened out there right at the end... Anyway, she needs to be kept at arm's reach unless you plan to replace her fanaticism towards Freya with yourself as every thought in that empty girl's head is going to be, 'What would Freya want me to do now'. Literally every thought Jake." Seshat put emphasis on the words, and I just exhaled just feeling done with today.

"Alright Seshat I will take your lead on this... I am a guy and dealing with a normal girl is enough. Dealing with a girl with her head being magically twisted around is too much." I said tiredly as I sat down on the love seat in the sitting room Seshat pulled me into.

"Heh it's not all bad Jake. You still got me, and I guess Beatrice, though you need to spend more time with her. She is going to think you only hired her on because we wanted a maid and not the breeding cow she wants to be." Seshat joked poking me in the sides making me jolt and reflexively smile at the ticklish feeling. "Now take off your shirt so you can break that Sword Princess's level up record over your knee!" Seshat said with true excitement in her voice, and I couldn't help but match her grin as I wondered if I should get Fargo's or something else as my new level mod.

As Seshat filled my Falna with her power in order to update my status as well as to begin the accension process she tsked and I felt her knees that were resting beside my sides squeeze me as she was working. "Well Jake I got good news and bad news." Seshat began.

"Go on..." I drawled off softly wondering if just like in modded Terraria, something freaking broke and now issues are going to crop up.

But thankfully I was wrong as Seshat went onto explain. "Ok Jake, so for every two levels or here at level two, four, then six, and so on, you are allowed an auxiliary mod that primarily makes things easier for you. Want me to list them?" She asked and I nodded.

By God there was an exhaustive list, from mods that only allowed you to craft more unlimited ammo pouches too weird as hell mods that would allow me to automatically make tiny houses for NPC's that didn't exist in Danmachi.

"Huh, is More Accessory Slots or Magic storage in there for the quality-of-life mod?" I asked and Seshat hummed as she searched in my soul for the options.

"Yes, they are both in there. Well, that's interesting, each level would unlock three extra accessory slots for you so that way when you hit level ten you would have a supposed max thirty from this mod alone... So that could literally be thirty skills being in your inventory not hanging on you weirdly like how other people who want to use your accessories have to deal with it." Seshat explained before she looked over at the Magic Storage Mod.

"Does the Magic Storage mod still have auto crafting stuff in it?" I asked as she looked into the mod.

"Yes and no... It will only auto-craft items that you have already crafted by hand before. Though the system is a multitool apparently that will help you craft by holding all the workstations in its pocket dimension and will automatically move tools and the bench's to you as you craft... I fucking hate you Jake, this system makes me so damned jealous!" Seshat almost screeched.

I just chuckled as my mind whirled, both mods were to say the least extremely important to my future, but the question was, which one was more important now until I hit level four when I could get the other.

And the answer was honestly not much of a question at all really. I only had one life and I needed to be as strong as possible. Not have an easier time keeping all my materials together out of the storeroom I built. Sure, having it would help make the stupid amount of Fargo accessories much easier saving days if not weeks of work. But in the end, I needed the accessory slots to actually wear all that stuff to take advantage of it.

"Get the accessory slots mod, and for the main mod get the Fargo's mod collection." I ordered confidently.

"You don't want me to even look or see if new mods came up?" Seshat asked and I shook my head.

"No, that mod is the most important for me. Hell, I probably should have taken it for my first mod as now I need to kill all those bosses, I already killed for the new loot within them." I spoke taking a deep breath as I felt my soul get pulled at, with my bare bones HUD that I could see when I focused on it that had my inventory and stuff glitching out as the side bar stretched out with six more accessory slots opening up.

"You alright Jake? Opening this mod literally carved slots into your very soul to host these accessories, so tell me exactly what you feel." She demanded and I nodded as I relaxed in her divine power and began to explain how it felt like my soul was taffy or some kind of dough that had holes molded into it. I wasn't feeling pain or anything, just that now I had slots in my soul.

"Alright... I am going to install this Fargo pack of stuff inside of you. Do you have anything to declare? Like is this going to light you on fire or something?" She asked and I shook my head in denial. This wasn't the DBZ mod that could make me a Super Saiyan and sadly the mod wasn't a thing in my soul.

Seshat then fiddled with my soul and then like when she added the Calamity mod, I felt pure potential being shoved into my soul as foreign concepts tried to overtake my soul before my soul simply swallowed the weird energy constructs attempting to convert it into whatever it was.

I wasn't truly able to pay too much attention to the process as my head was filling with all new crafting recipes and a mountain of information about the items like how to summon the mechanical squirrel boss that was super weak and the exhaustive amount of weapons, armor and most importantly accessories within the Fargo's mods I got.

Just looking into the information on the Soul items like Soul of the Conjuror, Warrior, Ranger, and all the other things gave me a headache. Let alone trying to make the end game accessories in the Fargo's mod like the Soul of Eternity that was a literal handheld blackhole with dozens if not a couple hundred magical effects within it.

Fargo's was literally the reason I was selling my stuff so cheap. The sheer amount of stuff I needed help collecting around the world would take me literally years to find whereas instead I could pawn of collecting such things off onto other people in return for heirloom weapons they could pass down in their Familia.

But finally, the endless deluge of information slowed, and I sorted it all of it out mentally so my head cleared up as Seshat pushed the Falna closed, locking it from view and finally placing a paper on my back so I could read the Falna for myself.

"Here you go." Seshat spoke handing me the paper as she sat beside me to probably watch my reactions.

"Honestly I think that Magic Storage mod would be better for our business at this time." Seshat began but I cut her off with a shaken head.

"No... I need more accessory slots. With these I can outright make myself immune to poison and a few other special effects... Not to mention with the death of the Eye of Cthulhu I can craft a bunch more things and I need better weapons if I am to be fighting the stronger bosses to come." I responded stonily as I despised the feeling of that poison weakening me and possibly bringing me a painful death if I didn't get an antidote.

"Fine. Anyway, let's go celebrate with the Familia and Hestia's! Oh, and make sure to give that Heath girl your thanks before you send her on her way or whatever you want to do with the broken girl." Seshat added on the end with zero care in her tone, showing off her cat like nature.

As she truly didn't give a damn about Heath Velvet unless she became an issue.

Coming back into the main shop area where the other girls were grilling Heath about what happened with Evilus, they all whirled on me as they wanted to get the story from the source and person who was there from the beginning.

Well, all the goddess's and Beatrice did. Bell on the other hand was far more interested in something more important at least to her. "Jake, you leveled up?!" Bell excitedly asked and at my nod she threw up her hands as she exclaimed. "Congratulations for breaking the record, Jake!"

Seshat proudly smiled beside me as though it was partly her own accomplishment as the other girls including Hestia gave me some form of congratulations or another. Though Hestia's were more along the lines of. "Good job Jake but don't rest on your laurels because my Bell is going to overtake you.' Yeah, that kind of nonsense.

"So, Heath would you like me to escort you outside so you can make your way home?" I asked the Freya Familia member that got shoved into my life. And like Freya herself she merely smiled shaking her head as she tried to have a reason to latch onto me.

"Jake if it's alright with you, I would like to discuss the pros and cons between my healing magic and perhaps your potions? Let's see if we can draw any inspiration from one another?" She asked excitedly with a welcoming smile being aimed at me but with Seshat's repeated warnings about her. I could see it.

I could see the trailer park, tweaker in her eyes. This girl was a broken mess and worse it wasn't even a chemical mess that you could sweat out. No, this girl had her soul twisted into knots under Freya's mere presence and was not even deliberately being charmed by the goddess. She literally got addicted and broken just on the contact high like people could just by touching Fentanyl and with the drug seeping in through the pores.

Did I want to try to, as Seshat advised, mind break the girl back to normal.

Like a badly set bone that never healed right and needed to be broken again to heal properly? No... Not particularly.

"Nah that's ok. Here is a gift for helping me with the antidote and tell Ottar thank you for interceding." I said pushing an extra shield of Cthulhu into her arms that I got for trading some Terraria mana potions to people who didn't even want the shield as they were mages or archers. I then firmly threw an arm over her shoulder as I escorted her outside of the shop as I continued loudly monologuing which prevented her from getting a word in.

"Yeah, seriously Ottar was so cool with how he cut off the arm off the crazy chick. But no seriously, did you guys see all the bombs going off. I hope the people around the area are alright. Hey actually that's a great idea! You should take these potions and make sure all the civilians are alright, so here!" I monologued before pushing a literally pile of potions into her arms with the pile of haphazardly stacked glass phial potions literally being taller than her face so she couldn't see how I pushed her outside the tower.

"Have a nice night and I wish the civilians of Orario the best of luck!" I said cheerfully as I closed the drawbridge into my tower which then had the river of lava continue to flow as Heath's wide eyes stared at me incredulity at my actions.

I spent just taking a deep breath to recover from my monologuing before I nodded as I muttered. "Got enough trouble in my tower..." Seriously it wasn't even like she was trying to hide how she wanted to spend longer here.

"Uh Jake you alright?" I heard Bell ask me as she came from behind me as I was just staring at the flowing wall of lava that was in front of myself.

I snapped out of my mental lamentations as I looked behind me to see the cinnamon roll had changed out of her armor and was now just wearing a backless dress similar to what Ais typically wore, but instead of being blue with some white highlights. Hers were predominantly black with some white highlights.

Honestly with her pale skin, white hair, and red eyes she had a bit of a Saber Alter vibe with the dress, but she didn't have a saber face at all. And frankly she had bigger breasts.

"Yeah, just wondering what Freya's game is. Evilus has risen up from the shadows and... Honestly, I can plan around hiding away from the adventures of Orario. But the freaks from Evilus are literally broken disposable tools that have no qualms blowing themselves up in suicide bombings." I shook my head sadly before I shrugged speaking. "I can plan for Ottar's strength, I can plan for Allen's speed. But how can I plan for a Pallum that looks like a child asking me to help find her parents only to blow herself up with an alchemical bomb." I spoke hauntedly.

I wasn't joking or exaggerating either. Both from reading the public files on Evilus's actions as well as actually seeing it in the Ryuu storylines in the Danmemo game and other things, I knew Evilus had zero qualms throwing their lives away in order to accomplish a goal. Because in the end the evil gods made a divine oath to take care of them in the afterlife so they could at least reincarnate even if it wasn't with any memoires or anything.

Bell just gave me a soft side hug as she squeezed my frame tightly for a second before only softly holding my arm as she joined me in staring at the lava. "I heard you even fought alongside Ais Wallenstein too. What was she like?" Bell asked me softly as she leaned her head against the arm she was holding.

I took a breath to calm myself finally after all the days stress. Which consisted of dealing with Bosses, Apollo dropping a fucking War Game in my lap, Evilus attacking Orario in order to get me, and even the stress of worrying about what mods I needed to take for my future development.

"Ais Wallenstein is certainly a great fighter. She was like a graceful dancer with each step being a step to kill a monster. But that's just it, her style seemed to be tailor made for sidestepping large monsters and carving them apart in the motion, so she had some issues with the level five that she was fighting but then again, the woman was wielding an obviously cursed sword. So, Ais had to be cautious and not get cut at all." I explained with Bell's grip on me tightening.

"Do you like her?" Bell asked me quietly and I couldn't help but softly chuckling at the question and Bell whined swinging my arm that was in her grasp around. "Don't laugh Jake! It's a serious question!"

At Bell's pouting face I couldn't help but laugh as I patted her white hair covered head. "Yeah, Bell I totally like Ais Wallenstein, she is so adorable when she is making grabby hands and reaching for anything I dangle in front of her." I joked.

"Bwahah!" Bell broke into giggles as she herself recalled Ais's face and actions when I mentioned how I could make a wind blade that would heavily strengthen her wind magic and be a lot more in-tune with her fighting style than the large cumbersome broadsword she had been using. "Jake that's not what I mean!" Bell added pouting but I just flicked her forehead as I shook my head.

"Ais is trouble, both for how Loki wouldn't let her date anyone, especially outside her Familia, but she also has a number of issues that makes dating difficult or better put impossible." I said dryly as I turned back to enter the tower. "Besides Bell, I got enough girls living in my house!" I joked making Bell grin wryly as I was certainly outnumbered in here.

"Oh, and umm would it be alright if we had a bit of a sleepover in celebration of your level up, like we had when we first came to stay with you guys?" Bell asked me and I shrugged feeling a bit miffed about not spending the night with Seshat or Beatrice in bed, but some time with Bell could be fine as she was a sweetheart.

I looked down to Bell head shorter form as she was walking beside me, and I agreed with a simple. "Yeah, that would be cool."

"Sweet! I will bring snacks and stuff!" Bell said excitedly as she ran into the shop ahead of me, giving me a moment to stop and just look up at the false star above me before I chuckled and went into the shop to hopefully just relax with a friend for a few hours before I slept and got dragged into Orario's mess in the morning.

With Heath gone I was able to finally sit down with the rest of the girls and just relax while eating a delightful thick stew made by Beatrice for dinner. "Anyway, how's Bell's progress looking? I mean she is close to leveling up right?" I asked Hestia in particular as Bell just wryly ate a dinner roll as her goddess rolled her eyes.

"Bell is being too anxious! She was wants to match your level up but honestly, she needs another week or something to polish off her stats." Hestia said crossly to Bell who refused to meet her eyes and only nibbled at her large dinner roll like it was the most delightful thing in the world. "But either way I imagine you two plan to hunt the stronger monsters that are on Rivira's floor?" Hestia asked and I nodded firmly.

With my water candles, and other spawn rate multipliers along with building a little base to fortify ourselves. We could fairly easily slaughter the level two-three monsters that were normally uncommon on the Eighteenth floor. Which would give us an amazing amount of Excellia to fuel our base stats, not to mention how Bell was still technically a lower level and to be killing those stronger lifeforms she would be compensated for the action however she accomplished it.

"Yes, we will be safe in my structures and little bases I make." I said confidently before wryly smiling as I continued with my words earning a snort from Seshat and Hestia. "The only issue with my mass slaughter plans is how damned long it takes to extract all the monster stones just to remove the stacked corpses that will pile over our bunker..." I said dryly as my eye twitched at the memory of building a sort of pill box that I almost got squished in as I tried to remove the bodies surrounding it.

Sadly, monster stones are very destructible unlike Terraria drops so should I make a lava pit and hide in a box of glass to herb all the monsters to fall into the pit of lava I would lose all the drops. Could be a decent attempt to drain the dungeon of energy though.

"Anyway, me and Bell are going to talk for a bit. Thank you for the dinner, Beatrice." I said respectfully to the woman who was now cooking all my meals, and just generally taking care of the chores of the house as Seshat and Hestia certainly weren't going to be doing them.

I ended my own little dinner early as I saw Bell was rather deep in thought, so I wanted to grill her on what was bouncing around in the head of hers.

"No problem, Jake. I am happy you enjoyed the meal but uhm do you think you could come to my room for a bit tonight?" Beatrice asked blushing as Seshat threw her a knowing grin as Hestia just cocked her head to the side in confusion.

But was more interesting was how Bell blushed with the red spreading up from her neck up to her face as I told Beatrice she was welcome into my room later on into the night as Bell likely was going to sleep in her own room later after we talked for a bit.

"Alright let's go Bell." I said lightly as followed behind her as she walked into the room that had truly become my own bedroom as I had removed the piles of bedding that filled the room to instead have some furniture that I crafted myself including my own sinfully comfortable bed that would perfectly support me.

Once I got Bell onto a couch and sat across from her, I started off by bluntly asking what she was on her mind. "So, Bell what's rattling in your head, you were quiet at dinner and Hestia was obviously worried about you."

Bell sighed before she bit her lip softly looking way to cute while doing it and then she shook her head as she finally met my blue eyes with her ruby gem like red eyes. "I shouldn't have left you at the event... If I was there when Evilus attacked maybe you wouldn't have gotten poisoned and you wouldn't have needed to even teleport home." Bell spoke and I wanted to face palm and tell her she would have likely been deadweight as the psychos wouldn't have batted an eye at killing or using her as a hostage, but I knew Bell would just get stubborn if I denied her and tried to keep her 'safe'.

Yeah, no she was the worlds protagonist and was thus destined to be fates chew toy until she reached her full potential. So, attempting to keep her safe was impossible.

"Maybe so... But I needed you to go to the Guild to get the money for the event, back home safely as no one knows you really whereas I am already a celebrity of Orario apparently. Not to mention Evilus is supposed to be long dead by now." I said grimacing as Evilus wasn't supposed to raise its head for a couple months at least according to the Ais timeline in the Sword Oratoria stuff.

But me being a silver bullet that could wipe Orario off the map is too much of an interesting target for them to ignore and allow me to grow outside of their control.

"So, if something happens next time, I will trust you to have my back, Bell." I finished as I gave Bell a reassuring smile and my words had definitely touched Bell as she literally leapt over the table separating our two couch's and got me into a tight hug.

"Thank you for believing in me Jake." Bell whispered into my neck as she held on to me and I just chuckled softly as I patted her bare back as she was still wearing that backless dress. Apparently, Ais's style of clothing had infected Orario as backless dresses or even virgin killer sweaters were modeled after her style of dress.

Ais and the rest of the high-level adventurers of Orario were no different from my old worlds mega celebrity's that would push people to wear their branded clothing to try to catch a bit of their idols glow. Or whatever other reason they used to get people to pay stupid amounts of money to wear Supreme and other stuff.

So, with Ais being Bell's idol I wasn't surprised she was wearing clothes that kind of matched her style even if the colors were almost completely flipped in darker colors and highlights.

"It's alright Bell, so anyway how are you and Hestia settling in with us hmm." I said grunting a bit as Bell was completely latched onto me so I just gave up and laid down across the couch as she laid atop my chest while lifting her head so her ruby eyes could star up at me like the times, she would snuggle up to me when she gets lonely as she and Hestia began sleeping separately.

Apparently, Hestia had conditioned Bell to literally have issues sleeping alone in the comfort of her own bed or even on the ratty couch they had at the church they used to live within, as she needed a big pillow to either hug... Or be hugged in turn before she could settle down.

Looking down at Bell's adorable ruby eyes looking up at me with affection I just ran my fingers down her bare back making her hum in comfort and push her breasts into my chest.

"Hey Bell, how about we go out on an actual date or something tomorrow?" I asked softly as Bell's eyes snapped open in surprise at my question and her deep blush made a return as she squirmed across my body but with my palm on her back, she couldn't run off to go scream in her bedroom or anything else insane.

Once Bell calmed down and her blush lowered from atomic red to a soft pink she whispered. "Jake... Aren't you and Beatrice or even Lady Seshat dating?"

Bell got to see my eyes twitch as I wryly shook my head as I moved the palms of my hand off her back to pull my shirt off so I could point to the scars on my left shoulder. "See this, Bell. This is Seshat's claim on me as I took her as my woman... Because of that, my actual dating pool consists of only human's Elves and maybe Pallums as the other more primal races see a beastkin goddess being claimed by me as a magical prime meat sign and the only thing on their mind is the actual act of passion instead of building a relationship." I said and Bell nodded in understanding as she softly spoke.

"That and you cannot build a family with Lady Seshat either... I am not blind to Hestia's affections anymore, but I want to build a family myself." Bell spoke softly as she laid her head sideways on my chest so she could listen to my heartbeat, and I noticed she was actually matching my breathing as she matched our bodies natural motions just like we would do together in the dungeon as we naturally fought together.

So, with my little reminder about my status, she fell silent for a minute before she snorted softly as she gazed up at me with not only affection brimming in her ruby red eyes but some other emotions I couldn't sort out at as she spoke. "Ok Jake. I accept your date... As the heroine you saved in the dungeon, I can't just refuse you Hehe." She giggled and then she leaned forward surprisingly pecking me on the cheek and in my surprise at her brave act she slipped out of my hands and all but glided out of the room as she went towards her bedroom with her sweet giggling following her path until my door was shut with a loud clicking noise.
