Sword God

Oscar then opened his eyes, as he looked around, he was in white Void, as he looked around as he saw someone he looked like a Warrior version of Qrow, an ancient one that, he had tribal tattoos, a head ban, multiple scars on its body, and giant sword, Oscar looked up too see in the sky was in Goldy amount of swords of all types even the Modern ones of Remnant as he looked at the person as he stepped back.

The Qrow Lookalike spoke as he laughed. "Damm kid that was something, I haven't seen technic like that sense the Old days of the gods".

Oscar stepped looking at her spoke, he had no weapon at him and he didn't trust this place. "Who are and why doo you look like my teacher".

The Qrow Lookalike blinked as he spoke. "Wait you don't remember, how".

Oscar titled his head as he spoke. "No what are you"

The Qrow Lookalike spoke in a grumble. "Damm does God Of Light and Dark they first kill and then erase Us".

Oscar then spoke he didn't hear that. "Sorry can you repeat that".

The Qrow Lookalike looked at him as he spoke. "Forget that Kids, let me Interduce my Self, I am the Sword God of Remnant, as for why I Look like this Qrow Person it is probably your mind".

Oscar stared at the strange figure in front of him, processing the words slowly. His mind was still hazy from the intense training and the technique he had just unlocked. "Sword God of Remnant?" he repeated, trying to make sense of it all. "And you're telling me you're connected to Qrow somehow?"

The Sword God let out a chuckle, a low and deep sound that echoed through the void. "Connected? Maybe. The resemblance isn't by accident. But it's more than that. My essence, my strength—it lives on in the ones who are capable of wielding the sword with honor, power, and resolve. It manifests differently depending on the individual, but the warrior spirit? That's what you're tapping into."

Oscar took a step back, still not entirely convinced. "So, you're saying... I've somehow inherited this power from you? But why? Why me?"

The Sword God's grin faded, replaced by a more serious look. "You're not just anyone, kid. The ability to wield a sword isn't what makes a warrior; it's what's in here," he pointed to Oscar's chest. "Your heart. Your will. That's why you're here—why you can feel the power stirring inside of you. You unlocked it with that technique of yours, but this is only the beginning."

Oscar's mind raced. "But I've never been a 'warrior.' I'm just... me. How do I even start understanding all of this?"

The Sword God's eyes gleamed with a knowing glint. "You'll figure it out. It's been in your bloodline for generations, you just had to reach inside yourself to find it. That technique you created? It's not just your own—it's the culmination of what's been passed down, and what's been waiting for someone worthy to awaken it. You did that."

Oscar felt a weight settle in his chest, as if something deep within him had clicked. But the more the Sword God spoke, the more questions began to swirl in his mind. "If all of this is true... then what's next? How do I control this power? What's my purpose?"

The Sword God stepped forward, raising a hand. "You're not meant to fight endlessly for no reason, kid. You fight because you choose to. Because your heart tells you it's right. But there are greater battles out there. The Grimm, the chaos... it all leads somewhere. And you, Oscar, you've got a role to play. Whether you want it or not."

Oscar took a deep breath. The weight of the conversation pressed down on him, but it also felt like a spark had been lit inside him. "I don't know if I'm ready," he admitted, looking at the Sword God with uncertainty.

"You don't have to be ready, kid. Not yet. But you'll get there." The Sword God stepped back, crossing his arms as he looked at Oscar with a mixture of pride and something akin to pity. "The next time you face an obstacle, you won't be fighting it alone. You'll have the strength to overcome it. But only if you keep pushing forward. Don't forget, everything you're learning now is a part of a bigger story. One you're writing with every step."

Oscar took another breath, trying to calm the storm of thoughts in his mind. He could feel something growing inside him—something new, something powerful. But how would he learn to control it? How would he use it? And what role did he play in this larger world, where gods and warriors were a reality?

Before he could voice his next question, the Sword God raised a hand, silencing him. "Don't worry, kid. In time, you'll understand. The answers will come when you need them most."

And with that, the void began to dissipate, the golden swords vanishing into the ether, leaving Oscar standing in the quiet darkness once again, alone with his thoughts.

The sword god looked at him as he spoke. "Anyway, I didn't just bring you here because of will you Sword Technique Absolute Zero, even do that was the main reason".

Oscar then looked at him as he spoke. "Wait what do you what else".

The sword gods Smirked as he looked at Him. "Here to give you a Divine Blessings Here Divine Blessings of Swordsmanship".

Osacr looked as he spoke. "Is it like the Divine Archery Blessing".

The sword god blineked as he spoke. "Wait you already have one".

Oscar spoke looking at him. "Kinda, it is complicated".

The sword god looked at as he spoke. "Ah what ever, here have my blessing Kid and Good luck, Especially ones the 7 come too attack".

Oscar raised an eyebrow, trying to process the Sword God's cryptic words. "The 7? What do you mean by that?"

The Sword God's expression grew more serious, his gaze darkening as if recalling some ancient memory. "The 7," he began slowly, "are beings that will rise against you—against Remnant. They've been around for centuries, their presence a looming shadow over everything. You'll face them eventually, whether you're ready or not."

Oscar's heart skipped a beat. He had heard of powerful beings before, but the way the Sword God spoke made them sound like something far more dangerous. "And what do they want with me?" he asked, his voice tinged with both concern and determination.

"They want control," the Sword God replied, his voice heavy. "They want to tear this world apart and remake it in their image. You're part of the force that can stop them. That's why I'm giving you my blessing. It'll make you stronger, faster, and more skilled. The 7 will test you in ways you can't imagine."

Oscar clenched his fists, feeling a surge of power course through him. "Then I'll be ready. I won't let them destroy this world."

The Sword God nodded, his smirk returning. "I like your spirit. But remember, Oscar, the path of the sword is a lonely one. You'll have allies, sure. But at the end of the day, you're the one who will need to wield the blade and face the consequences of every swing. This blessing will give you the strength to fight, but it's up to you how you use it."

Oscar straightened, his resolve hardening. "I'll use it to protect my friends, protect Remnant. I'll do whatever it takes."

The Sword God raised his hand, a bright golden light engulfing it. "Then accept my blessing." He gestured forward, and a surge of energy flooded into Oscar's body. It was intense, as if every cell in his body was being rewritten, remade stronger, faster, more in tune with the sword. The feeling was overwhelming, yet strangely comforting.

Oscar could feel his strength increase, his instincts sharpening, his body's movements becoming more fluid, like his very soul was bound to the sword itself.

Oscar felt the changes inside him settle, the power settling deep within his bones. "This is... incredible," he muttered to himself. "I can feel the difference already."

The Sword God gave him one last look. "Use it wisely, kid. Your fight isn't just about the 7. There are other forces out there, other threats. But for now, you've got what it takes to handle what's coming. I believe in you."

Oscar nodded, the weight of the blessing settling over him like a mantle he was ready to bear. "I won't let you down."

With that, the Sword God's form began to fade, his voice echoing in the void one last time. "Good luck, Oscar. May the blade never fail you."

Oscar the spoke to his system. "Show me the description of Absolute Zero".

A translucent screen appeared before Oscar, displaying the details of his newly acquired skill.

[Absolute Zero] - Unique Sword Technique

Level: 1

Description: A technique that embodies the concept of nothingness. By eliminating all external and internal forces acting upon the blade, the user achieves a state where their strike bypasses conventional resistance, cutting at a subatomic level. This attack erases the target's structure in such a way that it cannot be restored, even by advanced regeneration or time-reversal abilities.

Effects:

Conceptual Severance: Cuts at a level beyond mere physical matter, severing the essence of the target.

Zero Resistance: Ignores armor, defenses, and most forms of energy-based protection.

Elemental Void: Can temporarily nullify all elemental enhancements, reducing an opponent's abilities.

Extreme Energy Drain: Requires a massive amount of Aura and Mana, leaving the user extremely fatigued upon execution.

Cooldown: Due to the immense strain, using Absolute Zero repeatedly within a short time can result in physical collapse or system overload.

Oscar's eyes widened as he read through the description. "This... this is insane," he muttered. The technique he had created wasn't just a powerful slash—it was a fundamental rejection of existence itself. No wonder he passed out.

He clenched his fists, feeling the remnants of exhaustion still weighing on his body. "If I can master this..." he whispered, already thinking about how it could change the battlefield. But then his mind returned to the Sword God's words.

"Especially when the 7 come to attack."

Oscar exhaled sharply. He had unlocked something incredible, but he had also just stepped into a much larger battle than he had ever imagined.

The following days passed in a blur. Oscar spent most of his time recovering, though he still made sure to train—just not to the extreme level that had nearly knocked him out last time. His mind, however, remained restless. The words of the Sword God echoed in his head, the warning about "the 7" making him uneasy.

Who were they? What kind of threat did they pose? Were they connected to the gods of Light and Darkness? He had no answers, and that frustrated him.

But he couldn't afford to dwell on it too much. Beacon was starting soon, and that meant he had to be ready for whatever came his way—whether it was his fellow students, Ozpin's plans, or this mysterious new danger.

One Day Before Beacon

Oscar stood in the backyard, his shirt drenched in sweat as he practiced. His swings had become sharper, more precise. The knowledge from the Sword God—whether instinctual or not—was helping refine his movements beyond anything he had imagined.

But something still felt... incomplete. Absolute Zero was powerful, but it took too much out of him. If he used it recklessly, he'd be left defenseless.

"You're pushing yourself too hard again."

Oscar turned to see Qrow leaning against a tree, arms crossed. His sharp eyes scanned Oscar carefully. "You're strong, no doubt. But strength means nothing if you drop the moment a fight gets serious."

Oscar sighed. "I know... but I feel like there's something I'm missing. Like this technique isn't finished yet."

Qrow studied him for a moment, then sighed. "Then let me ask you something, kid—why are you swinging that sword?"

Oscar blinked. "What?"

"Why do you fight?" Qrow asked again. "Power? Protection? Duty? Until you know that, your technique will never be complete."

Oscar frowned, gripping Crimson Fang tighter. Why was he fighting? Was it just to get stronger? To live up to Ozpin's expectations? Or was it something else?

Qrow smirked. "Think about it, kid. You've still got a day before Beacon. Figure it out before then."

With that, he walked away, leaving Oscar alone with his thoughts.

And for the first time, Oscar truly questioned what his purpose was in all of this.
