Chapter 3:The shocking truth.

"Hello Prince."

He saw it was Ligerbel again.

"Come and follow me please, Dearest Prince." Even though she asked him with a gentle and soft accent, Cripple replied with a big "NO".

"I will only do that if you tell me what you need from me." He insisted. Ligerbel knew that it would be hard to convince him so she used her powers and disappeared with him from that place.

She landed with him on a rock which was independent in space and down it was a narrow depression which no one can survive on her own. This caused Cripple to make a loud cry, 'save me' which made Ligerbel laugh at him causing Cripple to pause the cry, "Ok, I Know you are in fear but with time you will get used to all this. This is called the Gods Rock where the gods from the Ice Kingdom used to awaken their supernatural powers."

" Then , how am I connected to those Gods to be in this place? "Cripple threw his concern to Ligerbel. Ligerbel knew that maybe it was the right time to tell him all the truth. She started, "17 years ago, the Ice Kingdom had a war with other four kingdoms, which is the Thunder's roost, the fire kingdom, the kingdom of the vampires, the cursed kingdom and kingdom in the woodlands. Your father, King of the Ice Kingdom, wanted to create peace between the five kingdoms but the King from the Fire kingdom didn't agree with him because he wanted to be the supreme ruler of all the five kingdoms. Now you--"

Criss didn't allow him to complete the sentence. He threw out his concern," You want to mean that I am a Prince from the Ice Kingdom " Ligerbel responded with respect," yes Prince. " Criss didn't believe what he had so continued doubting," how is it possible that I am now living somewhere else?"Ligerbel continued by telling him how all this happened.

She said," When the war broke out between the two kingdoms which is the Ice Kingdom and the fire kingdom, the fire kingdom decided to kill all the Princes and all the Princesses of the Ice Kingdom in order to weaken the Ice Kingdom and to terminate it forever. The king your father ordered the guardians to hide you and your brothers far away from the Kingdom and that's when you were taken to the earth and your siblings along with your father were caught and arrested in a spell which had to last for 1000years.Your father undressed all his super natural powers and put them in the pendant that I gave you. " She saw that Cripple was turning emotional so she had to pause the story." What happened? "She asked Cripple .

Cripple asked while his eyes were turning wet and rapidly swallowing saliva," The--n why didn't you tell me all this before? For real , I reached a time and I thought I was nothing but rubbish but you still watched. You left me to face all the difficulties alone. I thought she was my mother even though I resembled nothing to her . Look,my hair is long and white but still I believed I was like a person-----. Now, tell me where my father is."

Ligerbel decided to tell him all he needed to know. She knew Cripple would be over stressed if he learned about where his parents and siblings were but she had to tell him all she knew . She started, "Your father and all your siblings were arrested in a spell of fire . The fire kingdom used almost half of its powers to create it. We tried to break it but we couldn't manage and the only person who can try is you."

The last statement seemed to be the funniest to Cripple as he was caught laughing silently." Now you want to mean that I can break that spell me Cripple who can't even kill a dog . " Ligerbel responded," I know, you can't now but with time you will be capable of doing it. '

To Cripple's side, all this seemed to be like fantasy. Yes , he knew even though he was not sure that he was a Prince but he couldn't believe that one day he would be with supernatural powers. "Wait, you said about awakening my supernatural powers. Now how is that going to happen ."

" Firstly, you have to get the pendant because it's where all the powers were kept. "Cripple nodded,'' Ok, now take me from this place." Cripple didn't feel like staying on that bare rock was safe so he asked Ligerbel to take him away from it .She was that cruel to him so she obeyed his order .

"Now tell me how I am going to get back into my body so that I get that pendant?" Ligerbel started to tell him what to do. "Firstly, you will close your eyes." Cripple didn't waste any time and did so. She said, " Now you are going to focus your spirit on something you like most while in your body and after everything will work on its own magic."

Cripple was surprised when he woke up seeing himself in his room while a minute later he was somewhere else. He remembered what brought him back on earth and that was the pendant. He was eager to feel the test of supernatural powers so he had to get it .

This time he was determined to do anything just for the pendant. It was a morning and a weekend as well so he had to move out to look for his two friends.

"Good morning mom." He greeted her as he continued to move out of the apartment.

"But ,you haven't had your breakfast, no- --." She noticed that Cripple didn't listen to him as he continued with the rush. Cripple's mother was puzzled now because his son was turning to be wired since the last days.

She also tried to research about the pendant she found with him but all she got was that the stones that were used in making the pendant didn't exist on earth and are only found in places where Gods live.

She was now confused about what to do with his Son. She knew that to get something out of him, he had to talk to him in a polite way.

It didn't take a lot of time for Cripple to find his friends. Exactly after he saw them, he didn't wait for them to narrate their funny stories to him . He asked them, "Have you found something for me?"

"Hahaha", Lucas laughed. " You mean the pendant is the most important thing on your side? But tell us what is important on that pendant because it seems like you're in need of it"

Cripple saw that they were making fun of him not knowing how much it means to lose that pendant. " Please, help me this time because I really need that pendant.",he pleaded

Lucas saw that the man needed the pendant so he pulled out a sheet of paper out of his left pocket and gave it him, "Have this, it is the address to that place where we last saw your mother but it is deadly, many thieves reside their because most jewelers are found their so they might think you have their treasure so take care"

Cripple hurried to the place where Lucas had directed him. He was not sure of the address so he decided to ask the people around. All he got was that the address he had was of the apartment in front of him .

The apartment was surrounded by a slum so he knew there might be a gang of thieves at that side . He hurried into the apartment. Inside was every kind of jewelry including medals, expensive rings , and a variety of other kinds of jewelry.

He was not sure of who to approach now because there were many people inside. He knew he had to look for the one who buys jewelry. "Excuse me sir: Who buys jewelry this side?" he asked from the bold man .The man directed him to the second floor where he found a man sitting in a cabin .

"Excuse me sir,are you the one who buys jewelry?" The man responded in a deep voice, " "Yes, young man, what have you got for me." Cripple knew he was with the right person. "No , I am just here to ask for something." The man excused him. He started, " I'm looking for a green pendant with a white spot in its middle." The man said, " I remember seeing that pendant with a lady yesterday but it was really an expensive pendant."

Cripple knew that the man didn't have the pendant and the only person that he knew would have it was his mother. "Now the only way I can get to the pendent is telling her all the truth." He said all this as he turned to go back home.
